Such a nice place to go with friends or family. Good food and laid back place
Waitress was not very inviting, maybe having a bad day but rolling eyes at people at the table next to us...not good! Grandsons sub had so much mayonnaise on it it was running out the end every time he took a bite. He didn't even eat half of it. The fries weren't done. The manager, I guess, kept walking around the dining room with his worn out jeans hanging off his butt. Not a good atmosphere at all. The one in Vinton is so much better!!!
Food was good waitress was nice had the chopped steak an onions
I placed a phone order for quesadillas with chicken , cheese, peppers and onions. When the girl repeated it back to me, she asked me if I didn’t want peppers and onions and I said no I do want peppers and onions so she repeated it again and it was correct. When I got to the restaurant and picked up my order it was $13.76. I went to my car and checked my order before I left. There was only chicken and cheese and very little of it. I went back inside and told them what I had ordered and that I was very disappointed in how these were prepared. There was a gentleman who asked the Cook to add peppers and onions to my quesadillas and I said no, I want new ones made. He seemed a bit irritated about it and he said he would have to charge me more because of the peppers and onions and I told him I was not going to pay more because I wasn’t the one who made it wrong. I was very irritated and probably spoke more harshly and loudly than I should have but I did repeat the order twice to the person who took my order and she did repeat it correctly the second time so I did not feel I should be charged more for their mistake. We eat at Anthony’s all the time and have always loved their food and service and never had any issues until today. I felt like they did not handle the situation very well either so I ended up just asking for a refund. I can’t say I’ll never go again, but it will be a while the name on my receipt is Aiyahna so I assume she’s the one who took my order.
Wonderful waitress, great food and lots of food choices. I had Flounder, baked potato with cheese, slaw and rolls. It was all delicious.
Service is great and it is a busy place
I recently had a disappointing experience at this restaurant on 3/18/25, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. The host was incredibly rude, leaning over the walls right above where customers sit, making the dining experience uncomfortable. Instead of welcoming guests, he seemed annoyed to be there, which set a negative tone from the moment we walked in. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than valued customers. Overall, the lack of professionalism and courtesy from the host really overshadowed any potential enjoyment of the meal. Zero stars from me.
1/10/25 - slow to even acknowledge you at the door.
9/22/2023 - chicken parm, knew I shouldn't ordered here, as water-downed pasta and sauce and cheap portions for price. 1 pc of cheap breaded chicken bought from a distributor. I poured some tomato soup off the plate. I left the server $2, should have been nothing as she knew how I was extremely dissatisfied with meal and showed her why and she did nothing to ask if she could discount the meal as any good food establishment would!

We had a great meal here. There's a huge menu with all the comfort food you need. I had the pecan chicken salad sandwich. It came on a soft, fresh roll. The filling was wonderful, and it overflowed the roll.

We were on travel, so this was our first time. Service was amazing. Our server Emily was very quick, helpful, and attentive. Food was average — we ordered both the Fajita and Southwest salad and those were really good. Fried fish and Mozzarella sticks — not so good. Too oily and no taste. Overall average experience.
Really good food

I have eaten here for decades. I have never gotten a bad meal or bad service. The patrons here are mostly families and senior citizens...just good folks. This morning one of of those good folks anonymously paid for my meal. I teared up with gratitude. The fact that the person/persons did not want to be identified said a lot about his/her character. It also says a lot about the fact FA attracts Good Folks...not just for food and service but also there is good Karma here.
