I have enjoyed Famous A's at their other locations many times. This morning Crystal Spring had problems. It was understaffed. It took over thirty minutes to order and get a simple breakfast served. The food was under par compared to other locations. I was overcharged on check out. I will just patronize the other locations.

The wait staff was amazing..hands down...they were shorthanded and still did great.. the food left a little more to be desired tho . But overall a good visit I suppose.

My wife and I eat regularly at Famous Anthony’s, primarily at their Crystal Spring location. Meals are always good for the price and service is almost always solid. But tonight was an exception. It is unacceptable to be totally ignored by your server. A 15-20 wait to get your check after finishing your meal is ridiculous and I only got my check then because I went to the register without it. Can someone please train Madison in simple waiting skills? My gosh, she only had two tables!!

We like to eat breakfast here, their blueberry pancakes are delicious. Usually not too crowded.
Good foid, friendly service, however air conditioning was broken. Sat outside on a very humid day.

There were two tables of guest in addition to ours. Service was beyond slow and once meals were received the waitress did not come back. Meals were gross. Fries tasted of freezer burn, ketchup was generic, bread for grilled cheese was burned, chicken breast for an adult entree dinner was smaller than my child's fist..... she's 8. Staff did not seem happy to be there. Kitchen was filthy.
Famous Anthony's on Crystal Spring. We used to come to this Restaurant Several times a Week. It was our Favorite GoTo Restaurant. Several Years ago they had a major Staff Change. The Service and Food went down Greatly. We have stopped by and gave them a try once in a while. So we stopped tonight. Wife had a Chicken Salad, my Daughter and I both had Chicken Sandwiches. All the Chicken had been Pre-Cooked and just heated up to Shoe Leather Consistency. She had to get them to make her another one. It was Pretty Good. If I could give them a NEGATIVE FIVE Stars I would.

We waited 15 minutes for drinks, when we told the waitress we were ready to order, she said she had to tell another customer that they couldn't make their salad but she'd be right back. 10 minutes more and no waitress. Other waitresses was complaining about waitress one then told a couple to have a seat and she'd wipe their table off in a minute. Waitress two then says she is going to have a smoke and "they can just sit there and wait fo me to come back" that was the last straw we left. Those who were wearing their masks it was under their noses and the rest of the staff was wearing them on their chins. The restaurant was dirty with food on tables and not cleaned up. This one has gone extremely downhill.
