“I love this Firehouse subs at Towers ! I usually visit at least once a month . The employees they’re so friendly and kind ! I love their Hook and ladder sub . All of their subs are great . I recently had the opportunity to visit with my son and he said the hook and ladder was “very delicious ““
“Listennnnnn the girlies at the Towne Square location are the definition of keeping hope alive in the fast food arena! They serve a magnetizing energy (this is now a weekly spot for me lol) & even more appetizing sub!
Highly recommend giving them a visit, just don’t order the Jamaican Jerk Turkey… i don’t like to share 🤣“
“My Wife and I grabbed lunch with my mom at this location earlier today (10/13/24) and the overall experience was a 4 Star (Almost 5!)
We ordered 2 Large Sub combos, one meatball and one ham, turkey, cheese, and pickles with a brownie and baked lays! My mother ordered a cheesesteak sub and I have to say.
All the food was PERFECT! It was hot, tasted amazing, smelled amazing, everything! And it was ready as soon as we walked in the door!
Going in there and seeing the atmosphere of a welcoming restaurant, great smelling food, nice workers, and the firefighting theme was awesome! It was also warmhearted to see that they have raised over $2MILLION dollars for their charity!
Unfortunately the reason this isn’t a 5 star review is because the Dining room was a mess. Napkins and utensils on many of the tables, crumbs all under multiple tables.
Unfortunately not a 5 star experience, but I would definitely give this place a try just for the good food and customer service! We tipped them $10 for our $23 order because of how well they are doing.
Dietary restrictions: Whatever restrictions you have (to an extent) this location is very easy to deal with and will work with you
Parking: The parking lot is usually busy but because it’s in a strip it has a lot of easy spots to park in and go to this restaurant
Wheelchair accessibility: They had the ability for wheelchairs to get in easily and they had a note on the pickup counter that says “if you need help, just let us know” which I think is Awesome!“
