Firehouse Subs Towers Mall

Had firehouse subs few times they have poor communication and almost as bad as mcdonalds on messed up orders. Went in today and they were quite rude.

Always great subs. Staff is friendly. Restaurant is clean.

Both sandwiches and the potato soup were awesome! The girls working and Mr Jones were super sweet and friendly. Will be back.

Ordered 4 subs and the lady even read back what I ordered. Got home and only 1 sub was correct. This is the 2nd time in a row our order was wrong. Will not be returning to this one.

Went in to order food at 9PM the staff was cleaning up. I asked a general question regarding size of sandwiches large vs medium the lady initially had mixup then gave me correct information. I wanted to ask my daughter which size she wanted so was only gonna take a few seconds however she felt like she needed to get back to her cleaning and then says to me let me know when you’re ready and pretty much dismiss me so when I was finally ready I let her know that the way she talk to me was very rude however, she disagreed and kept pushing that she was not rude and I said you’re rushing me and there’s nobody here and I’m here to buy food, but you’d rather be cleaning up. I was going to order the sandwich for my daughter, which I had to repeat to her three times and then I just was like never mind. I’m not spending my money here and left. I will never come into this restaurant. She has the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen and I’ve seen bad before a customer comes to spend their hard working money in your store and you’re treated like you’re inconveniencing them from doing their side work “unacceptable.” Whoever owns this company better look closely at who they have talking to customers. I don’t go to firehouse subs every day, but probably about 3 to 5 times a year. I definitely won’t be back to this location. I guess I should’ve apologized for inconveniencing her from her cleaning duties. I ended up leaving and not spending one brown penny in your store and I can see that many local people here also have had bad experiences. It’s really not hard to take a sandwich order. The most important thing is to be kind to people.

To the owner, you may want to watch the staff. It looks like they want to close your shop at nine versus 10 PM and you’re gonna lose out on hundreds of dollars if this is the case as they are deter your customers from coming in your business because it appears they’re so inconvenience from doing simple cleaning work. And for $15 for a sandwich, they should be very kind and friendly to the customers with that Outrageous price!

I have been ordering from Firehouse subs over 5 years and tonight is my last time. This branch has been going downhill for a long time. A picture is worth a thousand words so here are a few pictures. Look at the picture of the honey ham (honey ham on a Italian sub really?) it looks like it was chewed up. I have had an Italian sub at firehouse and this was awful. The bread was so soggy.

UPDATE: I called the corporate customer service number only to realize there is no way to talk to someone via phone. I was advised to contact someone on the web, which I did.
I get a return email from "Jessica" While the email was informative, and she was "glad" I made them aware.

NO APOLOGY for the actions or food which is turned out at this store. In this email it felt like oh well, so you had a bad experience. (not my first either with this branch) When clearly this particular restaurant has had many people unhappy with it. Then I was sent a link to a survey for Jessica which didn't work.

Reviews are important and I do not take this lightly. I worked in CS for over 40 years. When the people who read this and employees, maybe they should think a bit about how people should be treated who are spending money with their business. I won't be coming back to this location or Firehouse subs. I should call my bank and refuse the charges because of the bad meal.

UPDATE: Never heard from this business or from "Jessica" again. NO apology, nothing. Fine you have lost a customer and who ever else I tell about the experience. I never said how rude the employee was over the phone when we called about how you couldn't understand what she said and wanted me to bring the sandwiches back. It was late at night, I wasn't going out again those sandwiches went into the garbage. My bf and I kept wondering when we would get sick. I recommend not going to this Firehouse subs until something is changed here.

I did not want to give you all of my information until I knew what you served. I may not like it. If I could see a menu first, I may consider opening an account. I went to this location during the afternoon at 6 July 17 this has to be the best firehouse I've been to the woman was very nice and helpful with my difficult order I asked for her name she was the manger on duty Alexa I believe will for sure come back
