The food at the Tanglewood five guys was excellent overall. The burgers and fries were delicious, the shake was exceptional! The only problem is that I brought two kiddos with me, ages 6 and 8. The 8 year old’s little burger wasn’t in our bag. She walked up and told them, they assured her it would be out immediately. Halfway through the meal, she still didn’t have her burger. I approached the manager and was told it would out in 5 minutes. Nearly 10 minutes later, I told them she’s hungry can she get her burger please? It was another 5 minutes before they brought us her burger. Took them forever. Why?

I spent over 15k at the Tanglewood location last year. And im on track to spend roughly the same this year if I decide to continue ordering what I do. Apparently a new manager was hired and said she won't make my food how I've been having it made. A worker named masheka knows who I am "really great with customer service btw" and came to me to talk about it so i wouldn'tstop coming. She should get more hrs and a pay raise.
