Rating - 0 Stepson went in to order food. Worker wouldn’t let my stepson add on another order to his order before paying. So I Had came in to address the issue with the staff and to reorder and make payment as I was talking to the young lady she stated the other young lady was in charge and to wait a minute. The other young lady which was the lead on shift heard the whole conversations with the co worker and proceed to still work as if she didn’t have a customer waiting for her to resolve an issue. So I said excuse me ma’am can you come over and have a conversation with me so we can resolve w.e problem this is and she IGNORED ME & didn’t come over. She stood there as if we didn’t exist. She was flat out rude. We are black of course and it took a Caucasian women that works at the mall to speak on how we where being treated in order for them to want to resolve our issue. An she acted as if she knew no english

The worst food and worst staff ever !!
I ordered jumbo shrimps it was really just onions!

I went back to speak with her, and while I was talking she was unbelievably rude — she didn’t even look at me. Then they started speaking another language to each other, and from their body language it was very clear they were insulting me. After that, they just walked away and left me talking to myself. When I raised my voice, all they said was: “What do you want us to do? Wait for the manager, he’ll be here in 30 minutes.”
This is by far the rudest and most unprofessional staff I have ever seen.
The worst service ever, and honestly the last restaurant I would ever step into again.

By far the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had! I tried to eat but I just couldn’t stomach it. I went to ask for a refund , and the owner was disgustingly rude! He even told me to never come back because I just want to eat for free! DO NOT EAT HERE !! DO NOT EAT HERE, DO NOT EAT HERE! The Japanese restaurant next door to them is 50x better , food is hot and fresh, and they treat you with respect.

The lo mein and general chicken are great. Food is always fresh and hot and tasty. Great portions too for the price.

Good food if you go during the day for lunch. Don't go for dinner. They sell out of food early and won't put anymore out even when they are still open. Good lunch spot. Don't count on going for dinner and them actually having food to sell. Don't waste your time going for dinner. Drove out of my way bc my son loves this place. Got there at 5 and half the food was out, i asked if they could make some of the items that was empty they said no. They looked closed and I felt like I was bothering them. Lunch ok, dinner no.

If I could rate this over 5 stars I would! Every week to 2 weeks I will haul my butt half way across Roanoke to get food here. The portions are great, the staff are amazing, and the food is delicious! 100/10 eat here.

Food is raunchy. The food made me sick. This place has went down hill in quality and freshness of food served. I will not eat there again.
