Our whole experience was very disappointing and unprofessional. Our order was wrong and included allergies I disclosed while ordering. My kids could hear yelling in the kitchen over their allergies. I was charged the same price for a 6 inch kids meal and a regular cheese steak meal. $18 for 2 very different size meals. When ordering, I told the staff I would share with my daughter if there was not a kids cheese steak option. She said they could do it, when I went to pay I was charged full price. When I questioned it she said oh, I ask the owner I can not change it. Either way it was not a pleasant meal.

Had the pizza lunch special. This included a salad which was presented in a pretty fashion. The drawback was the copious amount of cheese on the salad. The 2 slices of pizza were sufficient for lunch. Needed some oregano or some kind of Italian seasoning to kick up a notch. Very friendly servers.

Pretty sad that your hours are to 8 but at 7:30@7:45 you say your closed???if that’s the case then put your hours till 7:30!!I have ordered 3 times a steak sub and fries just to get home and have chips and no fries!!? What is the issue with getting order right??but I guess I will stop ordering from this one since it is such a in convenience to the staff to get the order correct when you can actually get them to take the order in the first place!!!SAD!!!!lost this customer!!!sorry service I won’t be back !!food was great service is terrible!!!!

My first time went with church group. Food was good company was great wait staff was awesome. I did not do buffet but certainly will next time.

I used to love this specific location. Always great food, good portions, priced fairly. Family atmosphere… it’s been a while since I’ve been and i wanted to treat my boyfriend to his favorite pizza while on his lunch break. I ordered a bbq chicken pizza. What I received was a cheese pizza, cooked, with bbq chicken toppings thrown in afterwards as if it was forgotten. Typically, I’m used to cheese covering the toppings. No, this pizza had all the toppings falling off with each bite because it literally was as if they forgot I ordered a speciality pizza. It was dead inside, young kid running the register. It just wasn’t a good experience, the pizza sucked terribly to where I ran my boyfriend to a drive thru. Will not return.

Only one lone young male employee seemed available, seemed off kilter and possibly under the influence of something (we have never encountered this before) - was almost yelled at upon entering for what we needed - salads were not usual quality, pasta order was not correct, meatballs had bone grit in them. All discovered at our home. Not what we are used to. This was our first time ordering online instead of waiting after placing our order in store and waiting...

Went there this evening. They said new management. Hmm! Well, the service was prompt & thorough. Very efficient! Knew my needs before I did. I got a calzone & my partner got spaghetti w/meatballs. Both were excellent!!! Portions were great. (We both brought home plenty)
