All right y'all. I'll admit it. I originally went to Sarah at Fresh Baked for our wedding cake because her shop is located inside our event venue. I figure we would give her a try first and if it was terrible we would look elsewhere. Thank Goodness we tried her first!! The tasting was AMAZING!! My husband couldn't get enough! He would have asked for seconds if I had let him! Luckily we had a large enough wedding to have a three tier cake. I was able to provide her with a picture for inspiration and give her the tweaks I wanted and she did an amazing job! three square tiers with a white and red fondant that matched our roses PERFECTLY. She worked hand in hand with my florist to ensure the perfect fondant colors. That meant the WORLD to me!! my guests were floored with the presentation and then we all tasted her creation - OMG! My husband took the left overs to work and had co-workers fighting over the cake. Literally. It was truly one of the best cakes I've had at a wedding in my life. I swear, it's not because it was my wedding. My guests have repeatedly commented on it since our October 2019 nuptials. I will refer everyone I know to her and we can't wait to get more cakes from her in the future!

Finally, got in touch with Sarah after calling her and asking about scheduling a cake tasting. She asked what type of cake I was needing, explained it would be for my niece who is turning 2 in April. Fresh Baked made the most incredible wedding cake for me this past year! I highly recommend! Sarah was wonderful to work with and was quick to respond to emails or calls. Not only did my cake look absolutely PERFECT, but it tasted amazing too! I had some specific flavors that I wanted for each layer and she was able to not only meet my expectations but she exceeded them! Again, I highly recommend fresh baked for your DREAM WEDDING CAKE!!!!!!

Highly recommend against this bakery due to our experience. Unfortunately this happened to be a wedding cake experience where the baker honestly seemed like she has lost her passion and attention to detail. For our wedding colors they were burgundy/merlot, gold and black and it was discussed that we wanted minimal white in our cake. It was also discussed that we wanted a wedding cake topper and were under the impression the baker was going to supply that. Day of our wedding I walk into the venue and the cake was delivered and it was entirely white with ribbons at the bottom of each tier. This was the complete opposite of what was discussed. There was also no cake topper and the baker was nowhere to be found. Come to find out the baker had just dropped the cake off asked if there was any flowers to go on it but didn't stay to find out. Don't know if the baker had another event to go to but never made contact with myself, my wife or the wedding coordinator. The wedding coordinator called the baker and asked about the wedding topper and other things and received minimal feedback. To spend the amount we did on our wedding cake and the colors to not even be correct, highly upsetting as well as no cake topper. For a baker to post that she is highly passionate about what she is producing as a culinary artist I can say that I did not see that passion with our wedding cake for our special day. For the baker to also usually post her art on Instagram that she is proud of, ours was not on there, so it appeared she was not proud of the cake she produced for us. Another bad vibe that I got from the baker was when my wife traveled 4-5 hours with the thought that she was going to be able to pick up wedding cake samples and the baker said they would be available, the baker changed her plans and said the samples would not be available. The baker states that she would ship them to our residence to try and added an additional charge after changing the original planning of everything. It seems as if the baker may be overwhelmed/overbooking herself and losing her passion to create art for every piece. Highly upset with this experience, aside from the flavor of the cake. The flavor of each tier of cake was very nice and complimentary. The cake was moist and not overburdened with icing. There was also no follow-up with the baker afterward to see how everything was with the cake itself. My wife tried numerous times to get in contact with the baker however she received very little response. Feel free to try this bakery out, but as of this point in time I recommend against it.

I just photographed a wedding at Sundara where I was able to photograph a beautiful wedding cake by Fresh Baked Bakery! As a wedding photographer, I work for such a long time without lunch breaks or bathroom breaks some days. So by the time the reception comes around, my team is HUNGRY. And if I'm being honest, I'm only here for the cake (not really but really haha).

I recently purchased a cake for my parents' 54th wedding anniversary from Fresh Baked Bakery . The cake was absolutely gorgeous and, once we moved past not wanting to cut it, it proved to be delicious as well. Sarah was very helpful throughout the process.
