spectacular food. I would have to say their hallmark signature dish is their variety of different flavored wings. If they ever ran competition at Roanoke Wing festival, they would win 1st place hands down.

I stopped in here for a drink late evening on a Wednesday. I'm from out of town and I just felt out-of-place. They lacked any sense of urgency in getting me a drink, and there was only 3 people in there when I walked in. Didn't have a bad time, but I won't be going back expecting a good time

This is my new favorite dive joint in roanoke va. Friendly staff, inexpensive drinks, liquor and beers, 2 pool tables, and cigarette smoking permitted. I moved here from daytona beach fl and hadn't found any spots that felt like home to me until I wondered into good times tavern. Definitely worth checking out.

Do not go here, These people are discriminatory as well as racists. Not only was I overcharged because of the color of my skin, but also my political beliefs. I was actually having a good time, with friends and other patrons ( Who, funny enough, shared the same values) Until this happens. I wasnt Given an itemized bill, So I think I was overcharged. So now I need to call my bank, as well as my lawyer. I feel bad for the owner, but something has to be done.

Fun place with good people, I was there for pool league. I will say State Amusement who owns the pool tables should be ashamed of themselves though. Not just for good times pool tables or spikes rails, but the condition of their pool tables all around Roanoke.

When my Dasher got there to pick up my order they called to let me know my hotdogs will be late because they were frozen when I received them they were cold the hot dogs just had mustard ketchup and onions no chili. I will not be ordering from this place again
