Very disappointed very very disappointed. We got a lot of excuses from the staff tonight. Pizza was ordered through DoorDash. And the order was completely wrong. And then the gentleman on the phone try to make an excuse of why. Clearly states half onion and the other half ground beef in Italian sausage. Clearly states that the gentleman on the phone said and I quote oh well the message was too long for us to see. And then try to put the blame back on DoorDash. That’s ridiculous and that’s bad customer service. Not even trying to fix the situation. That day. I’m very disappointed because the first time we ate there their pizza was incredible this time it’s half ass. Don’t think we’ll be returning.!!!

You don't expect to find truly great pizza in a small city! We went to Grace's on the recommendation of a friend! Loved the look of the place and the buzz. Service was great. The pizza was New Jersey quality. Im not a pizza snob, but Jersey Pizza is re-known. The crust was perfect. Thin and great texture. We ordered a multi topping pizza with all the goodies.It did not disappoint. I loved every bite. Once upon a time we found another place in nearby Vinton. It was our go to place until the old couple that ran it passed away. The taste had changed and we stopped going. Grace's is even better than our former go to place in Roanoke. It is a culinary gem. It is located in the Grandin section of Roanoke. A nice walk around section of the city replete with interesting shops and neat old houses.

A little slice of heaven. My wife and I enjoy the Grandin area, and we usually eat at Graces. Great food, service and atmosphere. Pizza is excellent along with other menu choices.
We love Grace’s for the food, atmosphere, friendliness, and variety. The pizza crust is thin, but not so thin that it’s crusty. It’s the kind of crust you can roll and eat if that’s your thing. They can customize for almost anything you order. The staff go above and beyond to make sure that your meal meets all of your needs and cravings. It’s a great place to go and sit and talk with friends, have a group gathering, or take your entire family. It’s the perfect place to eat before an afternoon matinee. Great flavors, great people, great atmosphere. We dine in and take out regularly.
Best pizzeria in Roanoke area. Great service and high quality food. Family owned and they care and it shows with every visit. Highly recommend for locals and travelers.

Stopped by Grace’s Place after the Grandin Chillage and had an awesome time. The pizzas were on point - fresh, flavorful, and just what we needed. Service was great and the overall vibe was fun, relaxed, and welcoming. Perfect spot to wind down after a community event. Definitely looking forward to coming back!
