Wanted to try this place, got here at 12 excited to try but it was closed looking, tried to call in an order and the no one picked up the phone, and was going to order online and saw I'd have to wait 1 hour to get my food. Sucks because this place looked awesome.

I drive 50 miles round trip to eat Hanu Truck's food - it is that good. Never a disappointment. Absolutely delicious.

Yummy! Our first trip to Hanu Truck did not disappoint. I verified their location via Messenger prior to ordering. They were very responsive and answered my questions. Food was ready on time as ordered online and they brought it to our car. We had the Seoul Bird Box and the Kagi box with a dumpling (I ordered a soupDumpling but received a pork dumpling) and a tempura sweet potato. Tempura was dry breaded and fried rather than tempura batter. I prefer the traditional batter. Food was very tasty. Meat was tender and full of flavor. It is the perfect balance of spicy. I will request less sauce next time as I thought it made everything too sweet. The rice was my favorite! - chewy!!!We can't wait to try the rest of the menu. So glad Roanoke has excellent ethnic food.

Just called to try to place an order and inform them of a shellfish allergy. I am then asked "how allergic to shrimp are you?". Allergic. Then, I am told not to eat here by the staff. I'd advise anyone with a shellfish allergy to avoid wasting your time calling this place. No concessions to be made apparently.
