Hardee's in Roanoke

“We came in and were very happy with our experience. Brenda was the manager on duty when we came in and the restaurant was immaculately clean inside and out. The manager took our order and brought it to our table after it was freshly prepared. Everything was nice and hot like it should be. I’ve never been to a fast food joint that they would bring my food to the table. Brenda went the extra mile.

Chicken tenders were very good, tasted great, and we had plenty of dipping sauce. Fries were good and a generous portion. The Cole slaw was great.

Brenda is outstanding and makes you feel at home. I would go back to this particular Hardee’s anytime. You should too. Tell Brenda I sent you!“

“The Hardee’s on orange ave is one of the few that remind me how Hardee’s use to be growing up. What I mean is the food quality is better than any other Hardee’s in the area. The people are friendly busy location so sometimes there is a wait, but there is a reason the drive thru is backed up anyone that lives in the area knows it’s the best Hardee’s around. The restaurant really needs to be updated inside and out. The drive thru moved fairly quick and the food was hot. My star review is based on a Hardee’s not a 5 star restaurant.“

“The Manager On Duty, a beautiful black lady, was so soft-spoken and polite, it's obvious the whole team has an immense amount of respect for her. She was handling the busy drive through with a lot of calmness while politely leading her staff. She is a gem!“

“Vegetarian options: Cleaner 5han before but the man boy bafroom was on point ma that stuff stink like someone could not flush after dookying. Manners at the reateraunt but no cleaningness toiletriesa and stuff like that otherwise i give them a 99%🤙

“Nice. Never crowded when I go which is usually between 10 and 11 on weekdays. Trying not to make eating out a habit. Been there 3 times this year. I wish it had a drive thru sometimes but then I would be tempted to go more. And I don't need that.“

Parking: Level, flat parking was available around the entire building.“

“I go in this location often. Eat inside and get food to go for a friend. The breakfast is incredible. But the Best part about this store is the General manager Shannon. She's amazing and the hardest worker I've ever met. You can't look at this woman without smiling. Friendly but strong as an ox. Great job on finding someone who can run a store in an area that is harder than it should be!“
