I ordered and was charged for a super bacon biscuit that was gave a regular bacon egg and cheese biscuit and pretty much was told tough luck. We don’t have the egg that was supposed to come on the bacon biscuit so this is what you get when I told him they shouldn’t have it on the menu they said they don’t control it and they just didn’t care that they charge me for something I did not get. Also got the bacon breakfast platter for my granddaughter and there were literally non-hashbrowns I should’ve took a picture but she was hungry and we had already waited a long time to get our food.

The Hardee’s on orange ave is one of the few that remind me how Hardee’s use to be growing up. What I mean is the food quality is better than any other Hardee’s in the area. The people are friendly busy location so sometimes there is a wait, but there is a reason the drive thru is backed up anyone that lives in the area knows it’s the best Hardee’s around. The restaurant really needs to be updated inside and out. The drive thru moved fairly quick and the food was hot. My star review is based on a Hardee’s not a 5 star restaurant.

We met family there for breakfast. Homeless people were congregated around the door. One held the door for us then followed us up to the counter and asked me to buy him 2 biscuits. I did it. The manager later told me I should have refused him. However I was afraid of what they might do to my car. This is a huge problem in Roanoke. We won’t be back.

We live close to this Hardee’s and come through every now and then, almost every single time they’re out of something, close at 9pm on Sundays and refuse to unfreeze any chicken tenders when it’s 7pm. that’s two hours before closing?? This isn’t the first time it’s happened either, just get sick and tired of driving all the way out here to get food and have to go somewhere else because they’re always “out”
