I ordered delivery and when I opened the bag I had missing items and items I did not order. I had to get in my vehicle (wasn't feeling well) go to the restaurant and inform them of the error. Although I was a little vexed, Travis handled the situation with professionalism, and compassion for my having to come to the restaurant under my circumstances. Thank you Travis for showing great Customer Service, keep up the good work 👏

I love Hardees! Biscuits are absolutely wonderful and the Mushroom Swiss sandwich is tasty! The Original Bag is such a DEAL! and you can't beat their chicken tenders. The 460 location had the nicest staff, but not necessarily the other Roanoke area locations

Cashier was rude and slamming my food around on the counter when she was bagging it up. Also all the food is pre-made and sitting under a hot light til someone orders it. You can probably imagine what that tastes like. Bathrooms were gross. Probably would say 0 stars if I could.
I hadnt had Hardee's in so long, but my breakfast was delicious ordered there! My carpool buddy didn't get this correct meal at all, still tasted good but that was bothersome for him after he ordered on the app
