Took 30 mins in the drive thru to get our food. The woman walked around touching everything doors, herself, her face with gloves on and preceded to go to the back and touch the food with those same gloves. She also locked the door at 1130am i’m not positive but i’m sure the lobby isn’t closing already. barely gave us any gravy for our biscuits.

Quite literally the worst burger I've ever had but not unexpected. Contrary to popular belief, this is not a negative review. You know what you're getting. Staff was super nice and friendly.

the 2 men working the front were super nice happy employees. Very clean , it is Saturday, not busy in the lobby. I ate the “Maple Bacon super biscuit combo” and snack pack to go. Unfortunately the bacon was not thick or maple covered. I am all about quality control and not complaining, so I politely shared the problem and got a second helping to try and it was no better, hence the need to share all the more. Because I like to this neighborhood Hardee’s stay around. Very thankful and grateful to patronized a family run franchise since 1962 with an amazing restaurant His-story by The Father Yahweh, Jesus Christ and Holy Ghost at work giving back, paying it forward to so many(11,000 plus employees) special thanks to . Almost forgot THE HEART SHAPED BISCUIT , LOVED IT!!!

Sat in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes this morning (only 2 cars in front of me) pull up to the speaker to order. Girl says can I take your order. I reply with my order she says uh laughing at the same time. Then a guy comes on asks for my order. I give my order the girl & guy are now laughing through the speaker. So I left & will never be back. Absolutely unprofessional and awful. Just close this place already. Poor service & attitude every time I go.
