Quite literally the worst burger I've ever had but not unexpected. Contrary to popular belief, this is not a negative review. You know what you're getting. Staff was super nice and friendly.

the 2 men working the front were super nice happy employees. Very clean , it is Saturday, not busy in the lobby. I ate the “Maple Bacon super biscuit combo” and snack pack to go. Unfortunately the bacon was not thick or maple covered. I am all about quality control and not complaining, so I politely shared the problem and got a second helping to try and it was no better, hence the need to share all the more. Because I like to this neighborhood Hardee’s stay around. Very thankful and grateful to patronized a family run franchise since 1962 with an amazing restaurant His-story by The Father Yahweh, Jesus Christ and Holy Ghost at work giving back, paying it forward to so many(11,000 plus employees) special thanks to . Almost forgot THE HEART SHAPED BISCUIT , LOVED IT!!!

Sat Dec 28 12:15 pm. My cheeseburger was COLD. Not room temp but Cold. The cheese was not melted but then again why would it be if the burger was cold. Not sure why I keep giving Hardee's a 2nd chance

Sat in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes this morning (only 2 cars in front of me) pull up to the speaker to order. Girl says can I take your order. I reply with my order she says uh laughing at the same time. Then a guy comes on asks for my order. I give my order the girl & guy are now laughing through the speaker. So I left & will never be back. Absolutely unprofessional and awful. Just close this place already. Poor service & attitude every time I go.

Did a mobile order my fries were cold and stale like they had been sitting out for hours or something. Chicken tenders were all breading and chicken was hard as well as the bread on my cheeseburger.
Went through drive thru several times. Always takes forever even when not busy at this location. Ridiculous to have to wait 30 minutes for 3 cars

One of the workers were talking about a gallon of sweet tea on the tables in the back and it was about a few days old… they told another worker to clean it up, but they said no. And there were fries all over the floor.. it was quite nasty. They forgot my drink and the cinnamon roll were hard and so were the chicken tenders. But the rest of the food was good. And the workers were chatty but they looked like they have good relationships with on and another. And they were very kind. Overall they were good and the food was ok, but I really think they should clean a bit more.

The drive thru employee was rude and annoyed with working that day or so, and that is how he presented himself. If you're having a bad day don't bring it to your place of employment. Customers are not paying for attitude they are paying for service.

Got the blt Frisco, bread was hard and stale. Brother got the 5.99 bag, double cheese burger was stale, ham sandwich had 2 small pieces of ham, no cheese.
