Went to this location on a lunch break they were not busy whatsoever inside I waited 20+ minutes to get two wrong burgers Clifton the guy who I spoke with had the worst attitude. I have come across in the fast food business. He told me I had not been waiting that long and got a huge attitude I then waited longer two people behind me have left the store because of the wait and again no one was inside, but they were busting out the drive-through not worried about the customers inside. I did ask for a refund. He gave me a corporate number, but of course it was the wrong number. I had to look it up. I’ve got pictures of everything at this point I could tell he was upset he was shaking. He finally gave me a burger, but it was wrong went to my car came back in. Let him know. It was wrong. Got a huge attitude. He gave me another burger, and that one was wrong as well. At this point, I was done sat there picked off what I could not eat, and he proceeded to tell his other employees that I am lucky that he doesn’t catch me outside of work. I am calling corporate and I am demanding this kid be terminated horrible customer service could not get a refund and was late to getting back to work. Watch out for Clifton, huge attitude problem hothead is gonna cause this company a lawsuit. I will be contacting The general manager tomorrow morning and filing a complaint online with corporate since they are phones will not take voicemails very disappointed. I’ve been in the restaurant industry for 15+ years never ever have I had this happen. This is stuff that happens on TV. This is my first time ever leaving a negative review anywhere. I would just like to be refunding my money that is all.

I’ve been to this Hardee’s a hand full of time since I’ve moved to Roanoke. Each visit has had some sorta negative energy. Last night 11/18 I went through the drive-thru at 8:52 only for a drink and all I got was we’re closed. You could hear the woman speaking to the guy telling him what to say on the intercom. I asked what time they closed and they said 9pm. She acted like I was breaking in. Could’ve been the easiest 3$ of the day. I will not be going back to this Hardee’s, that was that last bs from them.

Food is pretty good, but OMG the service is SO SLOWWWWWW. If there is no one in line and you’re the only one to order. Just for a standard meal they will have you pull around the side of the building and wait 10 minutes.

Went there last night was told to pull around the building and wait for my food (20 minutes roughly) I get home my food was cold as if it had been sitting for hours. When I called back talked to both the GM and the manager i was told “to bring the food back in order for them to replace/ refund me.” I asked for the corporate number and was given the wrong number by the GM. Definitely don’t recommend getting anything from this location.

Went by Sunday for lunch. Wonderful customer service. Brenda runs a great store. Clifton, the shift leader was very helpful and friendly. Excellent atmosphere and hot and fresh food. Will deffinetley return.

I loved Carl Jr's back in the west, and this Hardee's hasn't disappointed me yet. Always great. If I want a cheeseburger, I'll probably come here more likely.

Ordered sausage egg cheese biscuits. Got only a sausage biscuit.. out of American cheese wanted to put aSp Swiss on it. So sad How Do They Stay Open?????

The most amazing thing about this place was the employees. There were a couple of younger men working here when my sister and I stopped on our way back to PA from a vacation in NC and those guys were simply amazing! They were friendly and helpful, recommending certain items, since I had never eaten at a Hardee's before, and they continued to talk with me and keep me entertained while I waited for my food. These guys were truly great at customer service. It's been years since I've been anywhere that I felt like a valued customer and that someone actually cared about my experience there. Even once they found out I was simply passing through and it would be unlikely that I would return to this location, they still provided excellent customer service. I ordered chicken tenders and it's safe to say that they were probably the best chicken tenders that I ever tasted. Real, white meat chicken that actually looked like chicken and not some chicken patty by-product, which is unheard of these days. The breading was perfectly seasoned. I didn't really care for the dipping sauce but the chicken had such a great flavor that it really didn't need any dipping sauce. The prices were far cheaper than you'd find in PA so I had no complaints there. Overall, this was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend this place.
