Dingy, run down place with absolutely awful service! They get you by automatically including gratuity for everyone that dines in, which should be the first red flag and they honestly could care less about any issues you bring up. They staff the place bare bones which leads to long wait times at the table once sat for everything from drinks to your food being cooked. Do not take your kids here! We had to leave without finishing our food bc it took almost 2 hours before we got our meals cooked and our kids were over it! Go to Kabuki to ensure a good time, good service, and a nice environment.

Tonight, while waiting on the best customer service in town, I watched the owner handle a volatile situation with the utmost class and finesse. An unruly customer overstepped and the manager had all of the class expected of the fine dining establishment he maintains and beyond. I was incredibly impressed with how the young man employeed technique seemingly beyond his years with all of the kindness and authority that this disabled vet wishes we had more of at this point in time in OUR COUNTRY - What a MANAGER! Jerry you did well/I'm impressed!Parking: There are so many customers excited about this restraunt that the parking lot seems to get bigger and bigger! THERE'S ALWAYS ROOM THOUGH!

I LOVE this place but I’m assuming it’s maybe one of the managers, the lady that’s always up front with her hair in a ponytail always, she’s so rude every time I come. I notice that she just always gets rude with people. Not a fan of her but the food and service from most servers, is always awesome!

I never thought I’d post 2 stars for this place. I suppose most restaurants eventually sacrifice quality for profits. Nothing is the same here except for sushi. Their hibachi now has different rice, different chicken recipe (and so dry), and a completely different portion size. Trust me, the picture does no justice to how much their plates have shrank. When you’re paying almost $20 after taxes for chicken hibachi, you can’t help but to be so disappointed when it’s like this. I took this one personally. I think the owner’s name is Jerry, and I’m calling on him to fix this please!!! My whole family agreed this place isn’t the same. I would never post this, but it’s happened so many times where I’ve had poor food quality. Praying this place gets back to where it was. I have pointed at least a hundred customers in their direction, so please!!
