I ordered online and got the t bone steak meal. I only got my steak and pancakes they forgot the eggs and hashbrown and the syrup! Guess we suppose to eat dry pancakes huh? Guess for what i paid and got piece of my meal I wont be going back or recommend it to anyone! The atmosphere is chaotic you don't know who is picking up online order or who is waiting for a table! Might want to come up with a solution on that one like McDonalds and the rest with mobile orders! ??? that would be a bright idea! Might wanna try it! Your too busy to have that kind of mess no wonder orders get screwed up!!!!

Delicious food that arrived promptly. A good experience to begin with but what took it to the next level was Abbey. This young lady was a spectacular server and the world would be a much better place if we all had Abbey's personality! We will be back!

This location was busy, and it was not a large crowd, but I waited for seating and then coffee. But waiting for these was the least because I didn't get to order for a good 15 minutes span.I don't think it was my server but the obvious lack of any kind of hostess at the counter to seat or to take the money from us unknowing people who don't know that the server is also going to take the payment. Taking them away from getting the drinks and orders of their customers. All of a sudden they are either seating some people or ringing up their customers.Meanwhile we are sitting for long periods of time wondering if we are forgotten.The system works great so why change it in the middle of the game, right?.

Went in for breakfast at nighttime and everything went smoothly. The food is consistent with normal ihop food . Service was excellent and waiters and all were so friendly.
Went to eat, but left almost immediately. The first booth had a significant tear in the seat with fluff protruding out. We tried to move to another table, but they were not wiped down. We left.
