Get servers with at least some customer service. Erika or airika was completely rude. I get it you have multiple tables but at least acknowledge the guest you have waiting and let them know there will be a wait time instead she just kept ignoring us. I tried catching her attention multiple times & straight ignored. The ppl around even tried to help. I had to go up to her myself and I wasn’t trying to be rude or anything I was just pretty much annoyed at the fact that she didnt say a single word. I worked in the restaurant industry and I know how it gets but at least say something so that we don’t feel ignored. We ended up leaving after me going up to her just to ask how long the wait and the response was just not it , Like I said get a staff with GOOD customer service .

This IHOP is usually a really great place ... very quiet very clean and the service is usually quite attentive. Just DONT GO ON A DAY OR NIGHT, THAT THERE IS A LOT OF TRAFIC AT THE PLACE!!

I was able to have breakfast in the middle of the day. What a concept. Bacon, ham eggs and sausage with hash browns all cook the way I like them. Our waiter was amazing and place looked nice.
Lunch time. 2 waitresses. Place is so hot I’m sweating. Been here 15 minutes no water. Place has gone to hell.

Food was good, but the waitress was sketchy, she wouldn't give us our receipt for nothing. We asked for it & she kept giving us an excuse. She just told us to come to the register & rang us up a random high number. I was so irritated I just wanted to get out. Only us & a homeless guy next too us eating. The whole place was empty & sketchy.

I’ve never been more disappointed in an IHOP. I’ll never return to this location at night. I arrived and no one ever came out to help me, I said hello I even went to the back. Couldn’t find anyone. After 10 Minutes of waiting I ended up going to waffle House. 🙄 and I sat in the parking lot writing this review. And still minutes later no one came out or has been To the front register. And I think there’s a homeless person in there rn too.
