Ordered drinks and food..noticed silverware was dirty then saw glass had pink lipstick around the rim! We canceled our order and left. I would suggest a new dishwasher and would not recommend this restaurant.

Went to Ihop around 11pm and had an incredible experience with an amazing waitress- her name is Elizabeth and she was absolutely incredible. The late night atmosphere and the fun laughs made my entire week

I feel like this IHOP could do better . My pancakes were good but my sons pumpkin spice pancakes were not done all the way . I’ve had much better experiences in the past here . With some improvement they can be top notch ! I prefer the IHOP in Lynchburg over this one in Roanoke . I also think the location at Valley View is superior to this one

Waitress was very slow.Food was cold when it came out.Pancakes where so cold the butter wouldn't even melt on it. It took the waitress 20 minutes to get us our ticket and it wasn't even busy.Very disappointed with our visit.
