Our first time but definitely not our last time! Great food at reasonable prices. The staff were friendly and efficient. You can’t go wrong dining here.

Quiet, clean atmosphere. Quality food but menu wasn’t accurate to what they carried yesterday as they are making changes. I was however charged a very small amount more than I gave for a tip. Odd, could be a mistake, but it wasn’t worth chasing. Figured I would share just in case others had seen this or had trouble with this. Nice place though so I hope it was just an accident. Might consider going back.

Fantastic food and service - went there twice in one week - once for lunch and then back for dinner. I wish this were my local restaurant at home. Everything from the ice tea to the desserts was fabulous.

Fantastic meal. This place was such a pleasant surprise. We had dinner with our son and daughter-in-law Mother's Day evening. We opted to order several entrees and eat "family style. A ceviche appetizer, two beef dishes, a fried seafood plate and a chicken dinner made for very full tummies. Everything was absolutely delicious and fresh. Service was a little slow but they were pretty busy since it was Mother's Day. We really hope to return soon!

We recently had dinner at Inka. We didn't have reservations but tables were available at about 6 on a Friday. The menu is fairly large and has a variety of Peruvian dishes. We both enjoyed our food. It was fresh, well prepared, and reasonably priced. I would have liked to have some iced tea instead of soda. While the staff were very nice, the service was a little unusual. There didn't seem to be dedicated servers. The staff just seemed to take care of whatever was needed without defined roles. We'll go back.

We've really enjoyed everything we have tried ... so so good Keep trying different dishes but the Lomo Salgado is a regular for us.

We had amazing service, a fantastic meal, got to try new stuff and highly recommend it. We started with the pork belly buns which were to die for, then I had the paella which was incredible and my husband had tacu tacu con lomo and with this meal they’ve made customers for life! They have a wide variety of food and drinks and staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

We were on a shopping outing that included downtown stores - Orvis and Mast General Store. We had driven by Inca on Franklin as we parked for Mast. Looked interesting and walked in at 12:10 on a Friday - and were quickly greeted and seated. We worked in NYC for 22 years and one of our favorite places was a small family Peruvian restaurant on the West Side. This just had that vibe as we scoured the menu. My decided quickly that she wanted the Pescado a la Cherriliana - basically boiled fish in tomato & onion broth with a side of rice. I went with Arroz con Mariscos - Peruvian paella. We've never been to Peru - but this took us back to NYC. My wife's fish was mild and melt in your mouth - as the broth was light - yet flavorful. Mine - the shrimp plump and tender - the mussels loaded with the flavor of the sea - and the rice perfectly cooked and lightly, but beautifully seasoned. The service is super friendly - and they seem to be really proud that you like their food. The decor is bistro chic. And - there is plenty of on street parking in the area. This is at the top of our go back to list for Roanoke.

My wife and I had lunch. The server was attentive, gave clear explanations about the menu, and was prompt and courteous. My wife had the beef, so tender it cut with a fork. Interesting flavors for the rice and light sauce under the beef with mild long lasting heat from the seasoning. I had the fried fish, with three dipping sauces. A mustard, a spicy type of guacamole, and a mild ranch. The breading was very light, mild seasoning, and the fish was white flaky, and cooked perfectly. So good that the sauces weren't needed, but added a complimentary note in small amounts. Slices of red onions, with maybe cilantro, with lime juice, topped the fish, with fresh greens under the fish. It was accompanied with two pieces of fried yucca, which was mild, slightly firm, light breading, and pleasant taste. Two excellent entrees worth tasting.

Our first time at Inka Grill was absolutely delicious and a welcome bit of variety in the area. We started with the shrimp and calamari app followed up with the seafood/beef chaufas and a side of perfectly fried plantains. All of it was fantastic except for the chocopiso dessert that they were sadly out of. Guess we'll have to go back, but thankfully Rookies was right next door for ice cream sandwiches.
