I'm Korean and the first time I had oxtail was in New York. It was really delicious and I was thinking about it, but a few weeks ago I ordered Jamaican food at a taco festival and it was almost exactly the same as what I had in New York. So I Googled it and found a few Jamaican restaurants. So I went there today and ordered and tried it. It was really good. I highly recommend it. I'll check it out.
Me and my wife love eating here the man that owns this restaurant is a beautiful person and the food is consistently delicious. It’s so rare to find a restaurant with such nice people that own it and that genuinely care about what they serve to people.. I have been going here since I moved here 4 years ago. And they don’t ever disappoint!! Please give it a try!! ?
This unassuming place packs a huge punch of flavour.Walking up to Island Jerk you may not think much of it, it's in a trailer in a parking lot, very easy to drive by. But seriously you should stop in because the food is amazing. I got the ox tail and my husband got the jerk chicken and both were so flavourful and delicious. And the rice and beans were so good I would have been happy just eating them on their own!Completely worth giving it a try, even going out of your way...
