While just about every place in the US has some variation of pho to offer, this place has a special Michelin-Star quality to it. I’ve had pho everywhere from Missouri to Southeast Asia, and this is undeniably some of the best pho I’ve ever tried. The broth is clean, rich, and flavorful, paired along with juicy and tender meats all topped with fresh herbs and veggies, making for a very soul warming bowl of pho. The atmosphere appears to be family oriented, warm, and quite welcoming....
I ordered off of DoorDash and the packaging was wonderful! Sealed perfectly and you get awesome utensils. The bun bo hue is the best thing in the menu in my eyes. Flavorful and filling. The beef pho itself is not OUR STYLE of pho. I like mine more savory and less of the star anise or cinnamon flavor. To us the beef has more of one of those aromatics. Which is fine because every family makes theirs different. I definitely recommend this place and make sure you get pork spring rolls...
First time trying this wonderful little spot. The food was fresh and bright with all the flavors you expect from authentic Vietnamese food. Great, friendly staff in this family run eatery. Definitely worth checking out!
