My husband and I stopped in this store after an evening of shopping. We live Jersey Mike's, however, this is our second visit to this location and it will be our absolute last. Although the food is great, the blonde behind the counter with the lip piercings needs an attitude adjustment big time. Had i not already paid, and dead tired, I would have walked out. A sub was made incorrectly, partly on my behalf, as I was paying while they were making the subs. I did however tell them the one in particular that was made incorrectly was to be plain. I thought that one had been done and they wanted to know what was to go on my sandwich. So it was half my fault for not paying 100% complete attention and trusting them to have actually listened to what I had originally requested. But when I figured out what had happened, the blonde I referenced earlier gave a major attitude and slammed the sandwich in the trashcan as hard as she could and walked off mumbling to herself. Then once we were getting ready to leave, she preceeded to talk with her back to myself and my husband, and I am assuming, I could be wrong, but I am assuming it was about what just happened, because the girl she was talking to kept looking at us. Once the subs were completed, I asked for a bag to go because I did not want to stay somewhere to eat where a person had such a rotten attitude.
After reading your stores reviews, I see i am not the only one that has had an issue with her. Most of your reviews are about her bad attitude.
As previously stated, this is the second time we have had a horrible experience with her and we refuse to go back. $45 for a meal and ypu would think ypu should be able to at least get a decent human to serve you. She should not be working there is she is that miserable.

Had a sub there yesterday, started getting sick last night, was the only thing I had all day know it was the sub because of the peppers , fevered all night and still sick today. Called and spoke with the manager, got an unsympathetic /sarcastic apology. She asked if I wanted another sub…. I’m don’t have much of an appetite.

Came in to order, and the blonde cashier had an attitude immediately. The food was good but I don't think I'll come back to this location as the service almost made me walk out. Keep in mind that while I was dining in, I could hear her behind the counter talking with her coworkers about the bad reviews that, after looking at them, seem to specifically talk about her. Based on my experience they seem to ring very truthful. She is a detriment to this location, as she is and will cause this location to lose business.

The food is GREAT, but the service was awful. My daughter and I were the only people in line and it was our first time here. The white blonde lady with the lip piercings acted like we were inconveniencing her because we were taking an extra minute to look at the menu because it was different than it was online. Again, there was NO ONE else in line. She was talking extremely fast and at one point she had to repeat herself because we didn’t hear her over the glass case so she decided to literally yell at us. She rushed us through so she could go on her break (we overheard her say that she was annoyed because we messed up her break). When ringing us up, she tried to overcharge us. The other lady at the grill was staring at us the whole time and after we were done ordering, they proceeded to talk about us behind the counter. This was around 4pm on a Tuesday and no one else was in line. After we sat down, she took her break and then was extremely friendly to everyone else that came in after us. Again, this review isn’t about the food, that part was great. This review is about the people that were working behind the counter. Extremely rude. As far as the dining area, things were not restocked and the tables were dirty.

Ordered curbside and when I parked, watched the gals behind the counter chatting away with a no customers..hit the I'm Here and Parked check in button in the ap, expecting my order to be walked out, well 15 minutes later hubby walked in and the sandwiches are just sitting there for pick up. They saw me in the Curbside parking spot which made it even more disappointing that my subs just sat there. The apology was pretty rude and she excused the error because it's "hectic"...

I came to buy a gift card and was really impressed by the cleanliness of the store. The young lady in there flashed me her trophy that she had one for having a Clean store. She definitely earned that award. My visit was Sunday 9/14/24 10:30am

The dumb blonde that works here needs her attitude adjusted! It was my first time ever at a Jersey Mike's. Her attitude, has made me never wanting to give this SUBWAY wannabe chain another penny!

When I complained to management about stated issue I was ignored and customer service ignored me. Goes to show what Jersey Mike's thinks of its customers and their sanitary safety.

Ordered earlier today and while eating pulled a long blonde hair from my sub and part of it was in my mouth. Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. It's not hard to put your hair up. I'm also pregnant and this made me physically get sick. Only ate a quarter of a giant sub and couldn't finish the rest. Usually never have problems with this location until now.

When ordering for delivery on the Jersey Mike's app you don't get to choose which location you order from. So I will not be ordering anymore sadly... since this location won't regulate sanitary standards.

Visited this location yesterday to grab a quick lunch to go. The sandwiches were absolutely delicious, and the staff was clearly having a blast (and you can tell they are used to working with one another from the rapport they have). It made for a really fun experience - we need more joy in our lives, and these folks are kicking butt. Would absolutely come back.

My husband and I stopped in after closing on a house just down the street. The place was pretty full with only 2 2 seater tables open. And everyone seemed happy. We walked up to the order here sign and placed our orders. The staff was happy and you could tell they enjoy working with each other. It was a really fun vibe. Service was fast and friendly and the sandwiched were delicious.
