The original Italian sub, mikes way is so good! Literally the best sub I’ve ever had. I keep wanting to try another sub from Mikes but every time I go in I can’t help myself, I’m drawn to the original Italian sub!!!

Listen, if you aren’t drug testing, at least make sure your employees aren’t high on the job. I walked in to order. I walked up to the counter. Dude was so high he was stuck in a daze and didn’t greet me or even make eye contact. I told him my order and ended with a question to which he didn’t reply because he was HIGH out of his mind. It was weird af. So I asked again and he finally came to. He didn’t put my order down right and I saw the other employee making it wrong so I asked them if it was my order they were making. When they said yes, they told me it didn’t say the ingredients I didn’t want on the order ticket. It was a simple order. The corrected order was tasty. Made well, and quickly because there was no one in there.

Usually a known quantity, but today the bread was severely overcooked. It seems like management would just throw away a batch of overcooked bread rather than aggravate a bunch of customers. I can't be the only one that wasn't pleased. Especially when you spend almost $40 for two sandwiches.

Definitely had the B, maybe even D, team on today. Geez. More than half the sandwich orders were WRONG from the pickup order we made through the app. It is SOOOOO disappointing to be excited for subs and then open the packages to have the wrong bread, missing ingredients, etc!!! Extremely disappointing experience...you guys need to do better than this.

I don't know but it seems to me that every food franchise is getting cheaper and cheaper with their food. You pay 12 dollars for 3 pieces of meat and if you watch their advertisement on TV the sandwiches are exploding with everything. It would be cheaper to make your own.
