The customer service was just bad. The guy who took our order clearly didn’t care us or his job. He has dirty blond hair and had his hair up in a bun.

It wasn’t so much what he said as much as how he said it and how he acted.

My wife asked him if he could toast a sandwich and he just said no with attitude.

My wife ordered something else. The part that pissed me off was that he acted like we were inconveniencing him.

Jessica and the other staff will take great care of you. Food is always delicious and I know this sounds weird talking about a chain restaurant but I truly feel the food is made with love and care, I really enjoy coming here with my daughter!

Vegetarian options: You can do vegetarian pretty well with cheese

had one of the best sandwiches i’ve ever had at jimmy john’s, amazing service, i was greeted with such kindness. very fast, in and out of there in five minutes and we had three sandwiches. they also have cherry coke.

We arrived at 5:30pm on 12/28/24. Two women with dark brown hair were working and didn't acknowledge us for 10 mins. They told the customer ahead of us who just ordered that the lobby was closed and he couldn't eat his sandwich in the restaurant. We then ordered two beach clubs. They said ok we can do that but only on wheat sandwich bread. She said it would take her an hour and a half to make more bread and that they close in less than 30 mins. It was very clear these workers did not plan on working or serving any sandwiches for the rest of the night. We were very sad as we have moved to a state with no Jimmy johns and we miss it dearly!

Food was typical.
BUT the workers working for the lunch shift yesterday, I would love to give a big thank you.
I came in explaining my son has a mild dairy allergy. They took the time to look over the bread and show me to make sure there’s no dairy. They asked some questions about it to make sure they covered the basics.
They did more than what most places have done for us. They were incredibly kind and didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience.
