I went in and ordered a sandwich. When it came up I asked to throw three or four packages of black pepper into the bag, and the counter person replied we don’t provide pepper. Can you believe it, no salt and pepper in a sandwich shop!!! I have since discovered that most Jimmy John’s do not offer black pepper, so I took them off my approved list.

I'm done with JJ. Had it a while ago out of town and the dread was impossible to bite into. Tried this one the other day. When i walked in cashier asks me are "you paying cash or card"? I replied either, whatever is best. He says "I can't take orders the computers are down. I can try but i don't know if your order will come up."

We visited your Roanoke Va. store 1336. This is the worst store we have ever been to. We when went to place order in drive thur the cashier Joe asked for us to repeat our order not once...not twice...but three times....then we get to the window informed us we need to come inside and pay cash???? Seriously???? Then we asked to speak to manager not once but TWICE. When Manager (teenager) Sebastian was very rude and made nothing excuses. Please make certain when you turn your restaurant over to juveniles atleast have a adult present. Maybe Subway or Jersey Mikes will appreciate our business.

Never been here until yesterday. They have a really good selection of subs, I got one with turkey and avocado. It was delicious! The avocado didn't make it messy, it had just the right amount. I also couldn't believe how fast we got them. Had just enough time to fill our drinks and the food was ready. Will definitely be eating here again!

Decent sandwich, but troublesome leadership.
First time in ordered ham subs for 3 with drinks & two chips. Cost $30.16. Food took no time.
Food is great, but It's 9pm, and this location has closed an hour early when its suppose to close at 10pm.
Loved it, got the big Italian... only thing missing was banana peppers!?!?!
