I always have a good time here and bring my friends. We love their ice cream the hardest part is picking which flavors you want. the staff are always friendly too. they are always young too I commend their hard work and politeness towards customers especially since that’s not so common these days, but not at Katie’s! it’s always a pleasure being there and i’ve never had a bad experience. I like looking at all the plushies in line before getting ice cream and occasionally I will get one.

Ice cream is good! The store is very girly and needs to be not as girly. Also the building is falling apart and old. They need to renovate

Love Katie's it was a staple in my childhood and I raised my kids going here too. They have many options to choose from, chocolate, Jelly Bellys by the pound and affordable TY's as well.

I recently visited Katie’s Ice Cream with my family and had a very nice evening. The ice cream was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of flavors to choose from. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a family outing. We all enjoyed our time there and will definitely be coming back!

Haven't been here in over 20 years since high school. It is awesome it's still here. The young people working there were really nice. The ice cream variety was great and my kids enjoying seeing all the different stuffed animals. Ice cream was yummy and decently priced.

My favorite local ice cream shop, the one and only Katie's! They have just about every flavor of Hershey's ice cream that you could think of, the extreme chocolate was incredible and tasted like a dark chocolate brownie batter, my husband got the peanut butter cup which is his favorite with ribbons of peanut butter going through it! You can get any manner of the size of cones and cups with a whole bunch of other cool things at the store. Like pick your own jelly beans and a huge ty section. Grab a seat at the roomie tables and try one of their awesome milkshakes! Awesome Date night location! For those with sensitive ears there is no music playing.

Vegetarian options: There are dairy free Italian style ices that are really good!

Dietary restrictions: There are dairy free options as well! Minimum of 4 flavors!

Parking: It is in a shopping center so there is plenty of parking available.

Kid-friendliness: Friendly for all! Great for families of one or more!

Wheelchair accessibility: Sizeable door and sidewalk ramps make getting into the shop a breeze with plenty of space to check out the ice cream counter and pull up to a table.
