Amazing experience at Kelly Cafe! Tried the new lemon pomegranate gelato, in a waffle cone. Jacob and his wife makes AMAZING gelato, and take such great pride in the the overall experience. The young lady currently holding the fort down at this location is phenomenal! She's friendly, eager to help, and keeps the shop as clean as you could ever expect. I love the bubble tea, and macaroons as well. I don't mind making frequent stops that clearly cares about the customer experience and the quality of everything they sell. Keep up the GREAT work! Yelpers, don't hesitate to make a stop by this place, they are deserving of your business.

I have a major obsession with Boba Tea & macarons, so this place was like discovering heaven. The whole shop is cute and the setup is really cool. The boba tea was fantastic, the gelato was so creamy and then macarons were crisp and fresh. Very happy to have this place in Roanoke and I hope they stay for good!

I'm from PA, and was visiting my sister in VA. I went to try Kelly Cafe's bubble teas, which were really good. I ordered one with almond milk, because my sister is lactose intolerant, but they were out of almond milk. I ordered her a fruity one instead. I called mid-day the next day to make sure they had almond milk, and they didn't. I went somewhere else to get one.
Whenever I hear that one of my friends is going to Roanoke, Kelly's is always my first suggestion. Along with all of their treats being amazingly delicious, the Staff are all incredibly friendly and make the experience that much better. Kelly's is one of my favorite places of all time and I always go whenever I'm in the area.

I've been searching for a solid bubble tea place and I have definitely found it here. I've had the Thai tea and the passion fruit bubble tea so far and they have great flavor and blended consistency. Especially while being in my third trimester in the middle of summer I will be frequenting Kelly's more often as the summer goes on- Mamas gotta keep cool! Staff are so welcoming every time we go in. They make eye contact and know their product and menu very well. They did just do away with their rewards program which is a huge bummer especially when each bubble tea comes in at $5.25 . Bubbles teas along with their gelato are well worth the splurge though.

Small clean place with excellent Gelato. The toasted marshmallow is awesome. Service is always great and the folks helping you are always friendly and chat with you. Couldn't ask for a better local spot. It's fun to support a local spot like this. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
