Their chicken is dry and half the size of bojangles and Popeyes.. I go to KFC about once a year hoping they've changed. Sadly no. I go to Popeyes and bojangles bout once a week. They taste so much better and are crispy.

I just went to this location. I ordered through the drive thru. I was told that I could not wait at the window for my food because it would mess up his drive thru time. I said there was nobody behind me. He said he did not care, I couldn't stay there, and I had to move up. I told him the last time I moved up, they forgot about me, and I had to go back and knock on the window. He admitted they had forgotten. I just asked for my money back. I can not reward this type of service.

if you’re going to KFC, Don’t. Go. Here. It’s more than worth driving to the next closest. Super rude workers. We were rushed the whole process. The employee taking our order kept cutting us off with “is that all.” before even letting us finish what we were saying. After paying, we weren’t given a receipt. We were then told to pull all the way forward to wait for our food while 3 full cars behind us got their multiple bag orders. keep in mind we didn’t order anything off of their normal, popular menu. They made us wait this long just for us to receive a completely wrong order. Multiple items were missing and what we did get, was made incorrectly. HORRIBLE service. Won’t be coming again.

The food was average for a kfc but when we went through the drive thru my granddaughter likes the chicken legs only and I bought a two piece chicken dinner and asked for the legs only instead of a leg and thigh and she said no. I told her they always have in the past and she just said no. She didn’t give me an explanation of why all of a sudden I couldn’t do it so I went ahead and bought the 2 pc but when I got up there to pay for my meal she wouldn’t say anything to me she grabbed my credit card and just handed me my meal like she was mad at me. There isn’t any good customer service anymore. This lady was older and she should know better but I guess it’s something we are going to have to deal with nowadays.
