The food was so awful.. Overpriced Trash !! I don’t know what happened to kfc and the pride they took into the business but it’s long gone like everything else in this country I guess .. RIP KFC !!

Place was very clean and up-kept. The staff was friendly and courteous. I had a little trouble ordering and the worker helped me decide. It's been a while since I'd been to KFC. I got the chicken pot pie which was excellent! I ordered the bowl as well to heat up later for dinner. There were a few guests in the restaurant. The parking lot outside was huge! There's parking for handicapped and a clean restroom. All I'm all an excellent experience.

Manager was rude . Not pleasant at all . Believe her name was Rachael . Speaks to the employees in a not so professional manner . Drive thru customer waiting for order and window was open so I could see and hear mostly everything . Food was hot and fresh and drive thru customer service was excellent . Thank you .

Besides no one attending customers there was one employee who came out of the bathroom and left his phone chargers (that were with him in the bathroom) on a food prep area and then proceeded to pace in front of the registers texting on his phone and ignoring people waiting for service before walking to the back.

Weird... they must have forgotten to put the 10 of the 11 herbs and spices in... 1st time ever the chicken was very bland... no flavor. Very disappointing.. but service was best we've had at any KFC.

I had given up on this KFC location on Orange Ave., but they have redeemed themselves with their service and quality of fried chicken. I went through the drive thru this evening and the cashier (name on my receipt) Kielil, could not have been more pleasant, and with a smile, confirmed my order when I got to the window. She provided great service and the food was excellent. Hope it stays that way.
