Drive through employee was oddly aggressive and then gave me a moldy biscuit in my meal. Neat.

I have had some issues lately at this particular store. This time I ordered a large size mashed potatoes and gravy to take home. When I opened it at home the large bowl was less than half full! It costs more than $5.00. Also, the drive through window employee seemed very bored and did not engage at all.

The food needs some help. Ordered a version of nuggets & they just threw sauce over them. 🥴 Nothing to write home about. I'll think 2 or 3 times before going back.

Wow! Sunday night about 6:15 PM. Waiting on order from Internet. A couple walks in, stands at the counter for 7 minutes. People walk by them. No-one greets them. They decide to leave. The whole time, they are taking drive-thru.
After they leave, they finish up an online order, greet the new guy at the counter, and address my waiting for my online order.
Oh wait. Let me add another element not previously mentioned. The couple was a young latino couple. Well-dressed, in good spirits (at first), eager to eat.
As I said, the workers (including the supervisor) walked by them at the counter and never said anything to them. They ignored them. No greeting. Nothing. They, understandably, left aggravated.
I only ordered here because my family wanted the pot pie. I am not sure I will choose this restaurant in the future. Popeyes, nearby, is quite expensive, but I think I'd rather give them the money.

First time I went to KFC in 5 years and these idiots can't count to 4. They tell me they will replace my meal, I get there then they tell me I'm going to have to wait 15 minutes, and acting like I care about their drive thru timer. If they did screw up they wouldn't have to worry about their timer. Finally they gave me a refund and I remember why I don't go to KFC. Smh.

Don't eat here. Absolute garbage compared to any other KFC in town. Drive-thru guy had no clue how to communicate effectively with customers. Ran out of thighs for a bucket meal and asked if 4 breast would be ok, ended up giving us 4 of the saddest looking wings instead. Waste of money.

Order the 2 piece chicken dinner. Appears I got part of a chicken back and half a drum stick. This is the most substandard meal I ever got from Kentucky Fried. From now on I'll go to Popeye's around the block.

KFC cares! I was met with such wonderful care from the store manager (Teresa) and corporate customer service (I didn't get the name). They listened, investigated, and made things right. Not only do they make great chicken, but they also make you feel like you're important and valued. Thank you!!!!
I could only get fries. I don't eat chicken but group i was with wanted chicken. it would have been better if they offered a little extra for those who don't eat meat.
