My boyfriend and I TRIED to eat at this location at Williamson Rd in Roanoke. We walked in and looked at the menu before walking up to the register to order. There were 4-5 people working. I work food service so am generally easy going and understanding about how busy it can get. We waited for about 10 minutes and not one single person working acknowledged us. Several looked over at us and kept working. We decided to leave and go to a different KFC. 10 minutes of being ignored is wild. A “be right with you” goes a long way.

I'm so very disappointed with this location on Williamson Rd. I placed a order for pickup which cost around $50. I noticed right away I was missing (3) wings that I paid $3 for each piece, and they were the smallest wings I ever saw. I ordered 8 piece DARK meat bucket, when I got home it was a mix that contained a Breast. How!!!??? That will be my last visit to the Williamson Rd. KFC. The staff needs more training, especially attention to detail.

I have had some issues lately at this particular store. This time I ordered a large size mashed potatoes and gravy to take home. When I opened it at home the large bowl was less than half full! It costs more than $5.00. Also, the drive through window employee seemed very bored and did not engage at all.
