If you place a pickup order, be prepared to go back in the store to pick out your own produce. I get moldy cherry tomatoes every time I order them. It's to the point that I put "please make sure these are not moldy" in the special instructions on the app, but this is clearly disregarded. This defeats the entire purpose of pickup orders if I have to go inside, wait in the customer service line, and pick out new produce.

Do not go here after 8 pm. They pretty much send everyone home at that time and only have one person working the self check out with zero people checking out. It’s like they just give up after 8 pm.

I happened to be in the area and ran in to get a few things. I was shocked to see a Kroger in such deplorable condition. The floor is cracked and uneven, aisle racks are dirty, broken carts still in use, etc… The whole store needs a face lift! It’s depressing to shop there and I feel for those who have to work and shop there regularly. The Kroger Corporation should be ashamed to keep this store open.

This Kroger's needs to go ahead and close because they cannot keep up.No hot food. One employee making tons of Sushi.. one employee on the computer. A few days ago I spoke with a store manager and pointed -out this .. I can see she did nothing.

Crew here is on point for the most part. My only complaint about this particular location is; its on the high side of price drift. Arguably this is offset by the lower gas cost.Of the Krogers in the region Towers is the cleanest and best stocked, Electric road has best produce.
The lady in the flower department is sky high evry day, it is seriously hilarious. And the white haired lady that’s management is publicly evil to employees. Prices are great. But it’s like walking into a sitcom, I swear.

Went in for a money order Tuesday, April 9 at 7:52Website says they’re open from 7 o’clock till close pharmacies open at nine when I approached a clerk they said they didn’t open till eight when I called the number a lady scoffed at me saying she didn’t understand why the website was different I hung up I was pissed

No eggs today. They aren't even on order. No bagels yesterday. Store smells of body odor. Awful.
