This is the worst Kroger in the Roanoke valley. For months now they have been short on shopping carts They are always out of the small carts. Inventory is terrible. I've been shopping at this store for over 30 years. Today was the last day I'll shop here. Food Lion will get my business.

I believe of all the stores in Roanoke, it’s probably the better option for us. Gas points is a big perk especially these days. However, the Hollins Kroger is constantly out of things. Is that their fault, probably some. But registers being open is totally their in their control. Managers need to get out of the office and work the front.

Clearly your management staff is bias towards black and white customers that frequent your stores. And proof is in a video of a pastor who is a black woman being accused of harassment and not being listened to you need to hire staff that is not bias toward race.

I wanted to express my frustation with your hollins store in roanoke va. I placed a clicklist order sunday using my ebt card. I went to the store with my card to pick up and girl who was helping with finalizing my order asked me for my pin number , i refused . She then stated she could not bring the pos machine out to run my card. By law i can not give out my pin number or loose my benifits. Nor would i ever give any of my card pin numbers out ever! This is completly un ethic
