The popcorn is not in the right spot had ask multiple employees where it was and it was on the complete other side of the store than the sighs told me.

Do not work here at a bagger or cart pusher or cashier , faith the front end manager treats employees with no respect

If you own a diesel, don't fill up here. None of the pumps work right. Took me 20 minutes to fill up, and the handles don't lock because all their pumps overflow.

Great selection, always well stocked and clean. Warmer ambiance than the Daleville location.

THIS IS A REVIEW OF THE KROGER PHARMACY: Used to be ok, now it's just maddening. There is NEVER a line less than half a dozen people long, and often 15-30. And, it takes a very long time for them to service each customer, so it takes forever to get through the line to get your order. Often, the order is not ready when you go to pick it up, so you have to wait in the line to first find that out, then go kill another half hour doing something else, then get back on the same damn line! And, unbelievably, when I did that the other day (and I gave them almost an hour when they said 30 minutes) it STILL wasn't ready!!! So you'd think you could call to find out whether your order's ready before you go to the store. Unh-unh. They don't answer the phone. Ever. And I mean E-V-E-R. And if you try their automated system, half the time it doesn't work and there's no way to get an actual human to help. There is an automated phone system for calling in prescription refills, which works ok. However, the system will give you a time to pick up your order, which is not accurate. To add insult to injury, the system will check with you to see whether the scheduled pickup time is ok and allow you to place a rush order for earlier pickup. What a joke! A worker at the pharmacy told me to ignore the pickup times from the automated system altogether, much less the expedited times. In fact, they told me to give them A WEEK to fill an order to ensure that it's ready (although I suspect even that wouldn't guarantee anything). Look, I understand that there's a shortage of workers these days so we need to be tolerant. But it seems this pharmacy isn't doing anything to better deal with the problem. For example, they could 1. Reprogram the automated system to give more realistic pickup times. 2. Raise salaries to get more workers. 3. Make their computer system more efficient for the staff to use-- it often takes 5 minutes for them to get the info they need from the computer when you finally get someone to help you. Multiply that by the number of people in line and you see the problem. 4. Just close the pharmacy altogether-- it would be preferable to the situation they have currently. After dealing with this for several months now, I am transferring my prescriptions to an online pharmacy. It'll take less time for shipping than it takes to get a prescription from Kroger, and I'm sure it will be a whole lot less frustrating.

I know teenagers get a lot of negative comments but the ones working at Kroger today were awesome! All were very personable and one young lady ran out to the parking lot to bring a bag to a customer! So FIVE stars for the customer service!!!!

The grocery pick up is a complete joke. The staff is rude and you never get a complete order and you allow substitutes bit the stuff they give you is not even the kroger brand it's something totally different. Example taco kit and they give you chicken fajita kit. The employees are rude, it's a complete wast of time, I don't go in for medical reasons for myself and my toddler and I hate ordering groceries!

4 months later and their pharmacy drive thru is still closed a couple of hours after they open. I go inside and they have 5 employees working in the pharmacy. Yet they can't open the drive thru? I was trying to get my rx on a work break and really didn't want to go inside the Kroger store. Plus it was a long wait in there also. I'll have to transfer med to another place. I've seen CVS stores faster with customers inside the store and the drive thru with even less employees working.

They have everything you need as far as groceries but they're pharmacy is terrible. They don't ever have your medicine ready. God forbid if someone was to answer the phone.

Been using pick up due to the pandemic. Last order they only loaded half the order, had to go back. This time, the Big K drinks we've been buying for years weren't on the website. Called and spoke with someone in the department that picks the orders, he said he would add them. Went to pick up order and was told by 2 different people that Kroger doesn't carry those drinks. My husband went inside and there they were, on the shelf in the same place they always are. Having to go in defeated the purpose of contact free pick up. Called manager, hope this doesn't happen again or we're done with Kroger, and we spend a lot of money there.

Love the Kroger Bakery! The employees here are wonderful, they can make anything for you! If you see a whole cake of something you would like to try you can ask for just a slice or two and they will get it ready for you and price it... So very reasonable too! My absolute favorite cake to get slices of is called the Italian cream cake! ?

There is a great selection of fresh seafood and a large selection of organic foods. The fuel points is also a big bonus.
