This is the worst Kroger in the Roanoke valley. For months now they have been short on shopping carts They are always out of the small carts. Inventory is terrible. I've been shopping at this store for over 30 years. Today was the last day I'll shop here. Food Lion will get my business.

I believe of all the stores in Roanoke, it’s probably the better option for us. Gas points is a big perk especially these days. However, the Hollins Kroger is constantly out of things. Is that their fault, probably some. But registers being open is totally their in their control. Managers need to get out of the office and work the front.

I just viewed a very shocking video of racism in action at this Kroger. The manager Susan is in definite need of reprimanding. So disappointed and hold Kroger responsible for the action of its employees.
