Bad day at Lews. Broken seat bench, broken a/c, 50 minute wait for a burger that cost as much as a high-end restaurant but had the appeal of a fast-food burger and was served over wax paper in a plastic basket. Every restaurant has bad days occasionally, but fixing these problems requires substantial facility, operational, and food quality improvements.

This place feels like it could use some oversight, watching the cooks, throw food back and forth like it's a joke, watching the manager guzzle his drink while he's cooking food, no standards at all here, very sad.

The food was fantastic, but walking into the place all you can smell is the stench of the rugs at the entrance. The building itself is in bad need of an update both inside and out. The air conditioning doesn't really do anything to keep the place cool. Staff was top-notch!
