I had a $100 for a birthday party and when we got the food I didn't have any sauces even though I should've had 10 ..no one ate any ICB or crazy bread without sauce .I called twice and spoke to two managers who assured me I would get somewhat of a refund ..to date nothing ..my family spent a fortune ordering from this restaurant but no more .worst customer service ever

i was just there and one of the employees was yelling and cussing the whole store out and then proceeded to go out to the parking lot and asked multiple people for a ride home. the service was alright but the employee needed to get the police called on him.

Went in to get my free meal on Veterans Day. It was 2:01 pm one minute past the time and the girl at the checkout counter was going to give it to us there was another guy in line too and the manager yelled back and said it was past the time. I am writing this for my husband who want say anything but this is pathetic these men sacrificed their life and their family to keep all of us safe and this is the respect they get. You know some of the veterans are working a full time job and it’s hard to get there at specific times . I might could see if it was a lot past the time but one minute ridiculous. Thanks for your service huh!!

I was there on Monday they had a young man working at the front sitting here daydreaming what wasnt doing his job and I believe he stole some money from me and didn't give me all my change back all he gave me back was $2 and change when I gave him a $20 to pay for two pizzas and one Pepsi I think he took some money from me why would somebody take some money from me when I have daughter take care of I don't think I'm not going to eat Little Caesars pizza anymore
