Don’t come and expect “hot and ready pizza” because that does not exist at this location. They want to make you get a beeper and sit in the parking lot for 10 minutes waiting on the food. Every worker is rude when you talk to them. You get to the speaker and you get greeted with “what do you want” in a rude condescending tone like it is your fault they actually have to do their job.

I went to a little caesars and got two cheese pieces and got a little spicy surprise, because someone doesn't know how to change their gloves and contaminated my pizza with jalapeno sauce. After calling I then spoke to a manager who didn't want to give me his name, and I then got help from a a very great individual named sapphire who got my pizzas replaced. After the experience I had today and the manager cursing at me, I don't think I'll ever return to that restaurant. I'm not sure what the manager's name is. The initials are ts, and he's nothing but rude and inconsiderate and probably just needs to quit food service. Sapphire was great, but the manager with the initials T.S. should get fired. He seemed scated to give me his name because he didn't want a report made on him. Honestly, if you're looking for a good little Caesar to go to I'd go to the one down Williamson road.

Very disappointing stop to grab a couple hot and ready stood there for 15 minutes and still was not acknowledged. Approximately 7 more people were behind me and three a head who had already been helped. The lady in front of me said she had been there for almost an hour because her order was messed up. When I first got there a staff member was arguing with a drive-thru customer and cussing. After that seems like they were all distracted with the commotion instead of their customers in the lobby. Very very disappointed.

I walked in, waited to order, and when it was my turn I ordered a pep and cheese. The pep was ready but cheese wasn’t so I said I’d wait and paid. Was never given my receipt, asked for a name on my order, nor given a time frame. I then waited 45 minutes in the lobby while the same gentleman asked me four different times what I ordered and wouldn’t come back for ten minutes. While this was happening MULTIPLE people came in asking for refund on pizzas they order 50 minutes prior that still wasn’t even cooking. Finally we got home to eat and right before bed EVERYONE who ate the cheese pizza got SICK. I have been sick since 2 am this morning and had to call out of work. I just hope no one else goes thru this bc that’s ridiculous

There is a location closer to my house. HOWEVER I prefer this one. My order is always correct, I'm always greeted with a warm smile and I know I don't have to check the food. This a once a week dinner for this busy single mom. Thank you guys for always saving dinner time.

What a joke. I went in and order a pizza with pepperoni and sausage and banana peppers. I was told it was $13.40. I ordered two the bill was $ 40.11. $13.40 × 2 is 26.80 . When I ask what the difference was I was told the price went up. So stay away from this little Caesar.

Went here tonight and honestly this store should have just shutdown waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes just to get to the window and the lady say 30 minutes for pizza at a pizza place.

This location is ripping customers off.Little Caesars advertised $9.99 on television; when you get to the register, they charged $10.99 total $12.16. I asked for the manager (Sapphire) the man said she was topping pizza. Think of all the folks ripped off paying $10.99 while the store own advertising is $9.99.
