Little Green Hive Grandin

The strawberry bowl I got was kind of mid. I was a little disappointed in it, especially for the price. The coffee, however (iced Queen Bee) was absolutely delicious. Service was also good! The atmosphere was shockingly loud. I had hoped to get some work done, but there was very loud music playing and it made it hard to focus. I would come again for the coffee, but for a quiet place to relax or have a bite to eat I would probably pass.

The coffee here is soooo hit or miss. Today was the proverbial straw.

Sweet barista today but had to ask her to remake my drink once because it came out iced and not hot. Got the hot latte and it literally tastes like dishwater, it’s so bad! I didn’t want to be a nuisance so just walked out the door and tossed it.

It’s also way overpriced for how mediocre it is.

As much as I want to like this place, this will be the last time I ever get coffee here. Sweet Donkey is infinitely better.

Cute little cafe with a variety of seating options inside and outside. Very close to the Grandin Theater. Street parking, had a little trouble finding a spot, but worth it.

This is my favorite coffee shop in the roanoke area!! Reasonable pricing, great service, and absolutely delicious drinks!!! I highly recommend the americano, chai tea, and iced mocha latte! For food, the breakfast burritos are always a hit😋

Such a cute and cozy spot! Little Green Hive Grandin is the perfect blend of coffee shop and smoothie bar. They’ve got a great selection of drinks and healthy options, and everything on the menu looked delicious. I tried the Green Hive Smooth with an energy boost—super refreshing and just what I needed. The staff was friendly and service was quick. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!
