WOW! I liked the other two coffee shops I’ve tried in Roanoke but this is my clear favorite. Unbelievably smooth but still extremely flavorful. Even a plain latte here has more complexity to the flavor profile than a flavored latte at most other coffee shops. Service is also prompt and friendly and I really like that it’s in a food court with a lot of other places you can explore. Highly recommended — check it out!

Good coffee, good location, servers were nice. Good amount of options. The coffee was pretty good too and not too expensive but nothing too amazing.

My favorite coffee shop in Downtown Roanoke! They have great coffee and baked goods - haven’t tried any of their food yet. And I absolutely love that it’s inside the retro Crafteria! The upstairs is an awesome spot for remote work or to meet up/ hangout with friends/ clients.

The little markets had some cute looking stuff, I went on a Monday when they were closed though :( the food is bland and the coffee isn’t flavorful. All aesthetic no

Great shop in the middle of downtown Roanoke, with plenty of room both down and upstairs. The coffee is excellent and the prices are reasonable.

Coffee was good. Nothing crazy. We went on Christmas Eve (on a road trip), so the vibes at the place were dead. Staff clearly wished to go home - can't say I blame them!

Located in a very "one of a kind" building named "CRAFTERIA" on Church Ave Downtown Roanoke, after reading their outdoor sign with a wonderful selection of coffees and hot chocolates, I decided to go inside to explore this Little Green Hive and see what this CRAFTERIA in the heart of Downtown Roanoke is all about. And what I discovered was this so called Little hive was full of a big selection of coffees, pasties, sandwiches, ice creams, among other items on the menu. It is the first business one encounters as one enters the CRAFTERIA. Today you can see it decorated for the Holidays and listen to Christmas music in the background. The cathedral ceiling at the entrance gives the place a majestic ambiance so deserving of the place. On the right side there is a comfortable sitting area with leather sofas and chairs to sit and enjoy your coffee and pastries with friends. I ordered the Peanut Butter Latte. The server behind the counter was very nice and had my coffee made and ready in no time at all. The high quality of the cardboard material and design of the cup was a reflection of the exquisite taste of this unique combination of dark chocolate, peanut butter, and coffee. The place has another sitting area with small black marble tables and chairs. As I sat on a chair next to one of these tables enjoying the Holiday music I observed another employee preparing the pastries. On the walls of the place there are some paintings from a local artist for viewing and for sale. And in the middle of the place their are some other arts and crafts from local artists. There are also some other stores inside such as two small beauty parlors, a Puerto Rican Restaurant "Delicias Boricuas," and a vinyl record store. What an amazing environment in the middle of Roanoke to stop, have a bite to eat, drink a cup of coffee, and enjoy with some friends wonderful artworks and music. I highly recommend this place to everyone who is in the area and would like a wonderful and unique dining experience, and also make a suggestion to those involved in the invigorating the City Market Building to use this as an example of attracting people to an area at the same time that it serves the artistic needs of a growing community.

Everything on their menu is amazing! Their coffee is hugh quality and the chai tea has a really nice spice to it. I also really like their frozen blended drinks and chocolate chip cookies.

Sharon is a terrible person and no one should order / spend their money towards her. She is absolutely hateful and so negative. I wish this business would be exposed for what she has done to her employees.. there will be an article on her soon revolving around the lies / cover ups she’s committed.
