I ordered food from longhorn steakhouse with a gift card and the staff wouldn’t give me food after the took the money off the gift card. The staff stealing people food. Worst experience ever.

Loved the environment and the food was excellent in every way.Parking: There's plenty of parking around this particular restaurant and there are adjacent parking spaces close byKid-friendliness: Seen a lot of families with small children and they all appeared to be enjoying themselves including some babies/toddlers.

Nice restaurant. Not too busy on a Saturday afternoon around 1:30p. Food was good. Rib eye steak was yummy. Server Matt/Matthew was very attentive and friendly.
The 6 oz sirloin and loaded potato were good. It was cooked just the way we ordered them. Service was great when we first arrived, but after they brought our salad, the waitress didn't come back to the table for at least 45 minutes to pick up the salad plates and then it was another 15-20 minutes to bring the steaks. We just didn't understand the long wait. It wasn't that they were busy, it was about 2:30 when we were there.

Had dinner here last night first time in years.I ordered the Flo's filet,and it was really tender the Best one I have ever had.Mixed green salad was good and plenty.The only thing I ordered a loaded bake potato? and wish they had put cheese on it.Just butter,sourcream,green onions and bacon.Wine was very good.Service was good also.Probally will be back.Prices seem to be about the same,compared to other steak houses.
