I really wanted to like this place since I’ve only ever heard amazing things about them, but the food was honestly not impressive. Half of my brisket sandwich was dry and it was severely lacking in flavor. I also got the banana pudding and the potato salad, which were pretty good, but the potato salad was actually more resembling of mashed potatoes and the banana pudding tasted like it was store bought. The environment was very welcoming though.

Can’t recommend this place enough, they always have something different and it’s always out of this world, and for a reasonable price. Also I’ve had burgers all over the country and the smash burger here is the best I’ve ever had hands down. If you haven’t been here yet, do yourself a favor!

Got a pound of brisket and Mac and cheese. Both were absolutely delicious! We rushed to get here before they closed. We are on our way back to NJ from staying in Bryson city NC to see the smokey mountains. So happy we found this place along the way!

Simply the best food truck ever. Hidden just a few feet off the road, you’ll know you are in the right place once you pull in the parking lot. The smoky flavor hovers over the area and will have your mouth watering as you walk up to order. Beef Brisket, Mac ‘n Cheese and slaw are our top choices. Throw in the pickled cucumbers and onions to tease your pallet and you have a perfect meal.
Best BBQ since I’ve moved to Virginia from Texas. This guy seriously knows his brisket. As good or better than some of the best pit masters in Texas.
