Order food to take home with me (I live over an hour away). Got home, opened the food, and they put 1 tiny pack of butter in the bag for 2 potatoes. I also requested ranch dressing with my Caesar salad and they gave me Caesar dressing. They never give me my pickles either.

Ordered here a handful of times and the order is always wrong. The portions in the sandwich are slim so it’s mostly bread you’re eating. Wouldn’t recommend.

Food is good but it takes a really long time to order. There are always people standing in there trying to decide what they want at the register and at most 2 people checking out. But the food is delicious. The place is always packed and the tables are rarely cleaned between guests making the atmosphere not that great in my opinion. But I LOVE their soup.

It seemed to be where the locals eat which is always a good sign. There was a lady in the back who seemed to be in charge and ran a tight ship. :) I enjoyed a 4 cheese melt and spud with cheese. He got a Club sandwich with fresh fruit. You order in the back, and then they bring it out to you. It was busy but not overcrowded and had a nice atmosphere. Even though this is a chain, it felt local. We'll go back.

Food is excellent, however, we ordered two plates of half a sandwich and half a cup of soup. What we received was a quarter of a sand which on each plate. I inquired about this to the lady bringing out the sandwiches and she said that this was correct. Later in the day I looked on line and it showed a half a sandwich, which is two quarter pieces. For 9.99 it was not worth it. I will not keep my mouth shut again and I hope this helps someone else to speak up,

We go to McAlister's occasionally. The last two times we have gone I have noticed a cleanliness issue. The staff is very nice. Today I was a bit surprised that the napkin holders on the tables looked as dirty as the last time. It's so noticeable. I'm posting a pic. My concern is if they don't try to clean the obvious, what does the kitchen look like?

I really don’t even want to leave a star but I guess I have but every time I place an online order it is always wrong no matter if I pick it up or have it delivered and today was my last straw I ordered two of the kids toasted cheese with a side of potato soup and a drink and when my order arrived it was just the two sandwiches and I’ve tried calling several times and nobody will answer the phone there so I’m completely done the with the place I won’t be back and on top of it all my food was cold by the time it got to me!!!!

Average sandwiches and soups. McAlister's is good if you want a decent cafe food and if you like pick two specials. They will satisfy your taste buds if it's your only deli style option or if you just want something fairly quick. Service was good and they are willing to explain the menu and answer any questions

2/3 times I have gotten totally different food and today I only received half of what i payed for. I attempted to call and got the “oh sorry I can’t hear you” voice after explaining my problem.. I’ll get food from someone that advertises what I pay for and a company that doesn’t pretend they can’t hear a problem in the future. Keep screwing your customers.. I won’t be apart of it anymore

Shrinkflation at its finest. Normally you get really decent potions for full sized items, I went with half soup and half sandwich. $10 for bread and cheese. Won't be back.

12/28/23 update: ordered cup of soup ($4.99) and a bowl of soup ($6.99). Literally about 3 spoonfuls difference (see pictures. 1st pic is 2 "full" containers. I finished the "cup" and poured the "bowl" inside the cup size. Literally a difference between the bottom line on the "cup" size and the top line). Husband ordered roast beef. Half of sandwich was bread; other half had 1 piece of meat (see pictures).
