They never give what I ask for terrible service, I always order happy meal with 6 pieces of nuggets and they give me 4 and hamburger with cheese and they charge me 40 cents more for the cheese and they don't put it, I also order the bacon quarter pounder and they give it to me without bacon!!!!! 0

I typically wouldn’t rate a McDonalds but the service was so poor during my visit at this location that I couldn’t hold my tongue. Wouldn’t let me use the app discount due to internet being down, and then when I asked for them to honor the discount they rudely repeated that the internet wasn’t working.

This McDonald's is really bad when the person say they not taking mobile orders but the part that git me as bad customer service the girl never said we only taking cash til we got to the window. I'd rather drive the extra mile to another McDonald's before I go to that one again. Thumbs down!

One of the managers at McDonald's on Williamson road (Jasmine), is a joy to be around, she makes my visits truly memorable. Jasmine greets you with a smile that is nothing less than contagious, shining and welcoming; she makes me feel as though I am the only customer in the restaurant , yet done in a completely professional manner Jasmine cares about the people that visit her restaurant, and it shows in her actions I cannot say enough about her, I will go out of my way to visit her particular restaurant, then to go to another McDonald's. And the food is great, also!!!

My husband and I ate here today and it was not good to say the least. He got a Mcrispy which felt soggy like it had sat for a while, our fries were old and so dark like the oil needs to be changed and I got 2 doubles plain which well didn’t come plain. I tried to call to see if maybe they could give me my money back or just remake the food but I can never seem to find a good time for someone to answer the phone. I’ve worked in food my whole life as management and I don’t understand what standards are being held here. If I could give 0 stars I would.

We stopped in for is bag of ice. Most customers don’t know Mc Donald s sells ice. It is only $1.50 and is very convenient when traveling 🧳.

It’s McDonald’s, so the bar is not high. But this place was kinda gross. I saw them mopping, but the table & seats were sticky & filthy. There were some sketchy people hanging out inside & out. On a good note, our fries were right out of the fryer & delicious.
Went through the drive through got home my fries were old and cold. My big mac was not made how I ordered it. They are going down hill .was very disappointed .
