They got my order wrong as usual..and told them was to go...and they put on a tray and walked away...they too busy worrying about who is and isnt working too care about service...this location is by far one of the worst in town...and again I stopped here and apparently counting isn't a requirement..I order 4 burritos and got 3 ...I will never stop at this location again is piss poor service ..I am about done with mcdonalds in general..they always mess up..pay them more for what the service went down...

Staff is borderline rude, particularly the drive thru lady on duty 4/13/24. I ordered a 10 piece nugget with hot mustard, I received 9 nuggets and BBQ sauce. I will not be coming back to this establishment. Please pick your game up.

This is by far the worst McDonald's in Roanoke! It's sad that they can't get a simple double fish sandwich with no tarter sauce, add lettuce, tomato, and onion right after 2 attempts and this happens EVERY time I order it!! There's blood on the bathroom door from all the junkies that go in there and shoot up, it's disgusting! Nothing but issues with this store ALL THE TIME!!!
