Went to pick up a grub hub order and lady wouldn't even acknowledge me at first. Young man was nice , but the girl was dismissive and rude. Didn't want to be bothered bc I guess us drivers are not even worth common courtesy, much less professionalism. It gets old. We are required to input an estimated wait time on our app if food is not ready for pick up upon arrival. When I asked her about how long the wait would be, she dismissively said she didn't know. ... no please hold on and I'll check, just kept walking right by me. It sure is a different world. At this point, I'm beginning to understand that not only is professionalism headband gone, but basic manners as well. When you can't even get enough communication and cooperation to do tour job correctly it is frustrating.

Maybe it's just my thoughts or not, but I find that dining in this location is not a particularly joyful thing.They don't have the people up at the counter like in the past. You are being directed to the Walmart style of service. You are doing it yourself.I don't know why we are not jumping up and down in protest to the self-service, but it is not what is the best way to do this.Who has worked at a McDonald's and back in the day you were McDonald's and you were the reason why they came back.I was met by a nice lady who took my order, and I was happy to let her do so.But I noticed she was very annoyed with someone who also worked there. She was telling her in a very hateful manner that she was not doing it right or wrong drinks, but she was also taking orders out to people in the parking lot.I realize that we are told that DUE TO THE LACK OF WORKFORCE EMPLOYEES YOU MAY BE EXPERIENCING A LONGER WAITOf course, I can tell you that we were left short-handed many times, and we just worked harder. But we have decided that working casually is a normal thing. But it's a little bit frustrating for us who have seen the way McDonald's became the world's biggest fast food joint for decades.Anyway I enjoyed the food and yes talking to some other diners but it is not the place you experienced in your youth and it may give you a sad feeling that customer service has been taken off the list of things given to the ones who spend their money.

Went to McDonald’s on hershberger to get a meal after working all day, didn’t feel like cooking. Food was fine but there was cracks all over the side of my drink which had filled my cup holder with Dr Pepper along with my phone in the cup holder. Asked if they could do anything at all, I would’ve been fine with a refund but no didn’t do anything. This McDonalds sucks. Not professional at all.

George who works the drive-through hole most mornings is such a sweet person and I enjoy being greeted by him every morning before I get my coffee. The girls that work the second drive-through window are also amazing! Don’t know their names,but they always make my coffee on point and get my day started on a great foot.!
