I ordered a 6$ might Mac meal and asked for no lettuce on my burger and extra salt on my frys now they say you can't complain about free food but the meal was only free because the self ordering screen wasn't working so I was OK with the meal being free but they didn't take off the lettuce and the frys were cold and Un salted and manager was nice but it felt like she barely spoke English idk how to feel about coming back to this one next time I might just go to the Vinton one next to Kroger love the area

Went through the drive thru and ALL 3 of my teas tasted old so i called. Manager on duty said she would replace them even if they taste the same if i came back. Drove 10 min back there for her to argue with me and tell me she wasnt replacing any of them since “its gonna taste the same”. Then when i was walking out she said “your not gonna tell me what to do” when i simply asked for new teas. NEVER going back there.
The new chicken stripe were not the best. Leave the chicken strips to Zaxby's and Raising Canes. This staff has one of the best customer service attitudes probably in the whole country. They were staffed correctly and all had a good attitude. Great job to the Sunday afternoon crew on May 18th
