I showed up and they were closed 20 minutes before closing hours. When I pulled my car up I watched the employee run to lock the door and then ignore me as I knocked on the door. I understand not wanting customers close to closing however as a business this is unacceptable. (11/13/2025) at 10:40pm.

Went through the drive thru 20 minutes ago. Ordered a #1 large with a sweet tea light ice. And a #9 pickles and ketchup only.
Got a #9 with lettuce and onions no pickles or ketchup. A #1 with no ice and cold fries that were harder than a brick.
Owner/manager clearly needs to be more active in their role every time I come here after 2pm it’s terrible.
