I get the espresso cooler (in decaf) and a chocolate scone every time!

Great service and flavor! With only one employee working, I received the best chai latte of my life in under a minute. There was a huge line and they delivered stellar service, even handling an extremely rude and out-of-pocket customer with grace. In addition, this is a wonderful atmosphere for studying or a chat. I highly recommend this coffee shop.

Delightful local coffee and pastries. This particular MM has a great inside seating area - spacious and very clean. The drive thru team is also always great. Support local, don’t go with the big green monster. The coffee here is better (legit, especially the mocha) and buying from local ownership helps everyone more.

Mill Mountain, what happened to you? This used to be one of my favorite places to hang out. Warm, inviting, comfortable. Now it’s cold, gloomy, there’s no music playing, and the chairs don’t exactly make you want to linger over your coffee.Would love to see some life come back to this place.

The internet at my airbnb blew up so my husband and I came here to do some work. This is the second Mill Mountain Coffee I've been to and I much prefer this location! (The Salem location serves hot coffee at lava levels). Not sure if the baked goods are made daily but the scone I got tasted like a big ole cookie. I ordered the holiday "Caroling Cooler" drink and they were nice enough to switch it to a hot style coffee. It was served at perfect temperature so I'll definitely make this my primary location! The only reason I rated this 4 stars is I feel like there's a lot of room for improvement atmosphere wise. If customers are ordering in, we could be given a mug instead of a to-go cup (saves plastic waste!) Some of the lights were flickering and looked like they needed changing, and even though I loved the awesome custom chairs, some of the padding looked torn and could be replaced. Coffee itself tastes great though!

For $6 (almost $7) a latte, the coffee could be better. For a local establishment, the customer service could be A LOT better. That said, there are lots of tables inside and there's always a good amount of people. There needs to be some changes before I would become a regular.

The coffee is delicious. The food is good. Best part is having the young barista argue with you over something they've been out of for months and is still listed but she was adamant it wasn't. Walk around and look before you try to berate a customer young lady.

Great food especially their omelettes! Iced mocha is always my go to especially in the summer quick and simple but so delicious!

Just another coffee shop. Plenty of coffee choices done well. The breakfast choices always look better than they are - very dense muffins, dry scones. They're OK but not great. Every chair in the building seems to need a new seat. They're pretty ratty. Staff seem to be marking time.

MMC is probably better for prepped coffee drinks, however it's pricey for a medium coffee that comes from a decanter that sits on the counter in close proximity to the cash register. Is the coffee worth it? Well that depends. The outside seating especially the side patio is a nice touch. However the interior decor is pretty dull and sparse. Hard wood chairs and wooden tabletops prevail over hard flooring, there's really no ambiance here. No sofas, no fireplace, not even a fake one. The underlying message seems to be "thanks for stopping in for our own brewed coffee but you won't be staying too long either." YMMV

Baristas are confused by menu wording. Some food items say “Served until 11am or until out” which implies that if they have enough ingredients leftover to make the food items, then they can still make the food after 11am. If they’re out, then they’re out. If they are strict about not serving those food items after 11am, then simply change the wording to “Served until 11am” so that there’s no confusion. Either that or please get your barista staff on-board with this.
