A big thank you to Mission BBQ of Roanoke for catering my son and new daughter’s wedding reception. We have always loved that they are strong supporters of the military and first responders and their food is consistently delicious. So many of their guests told us how much they enjoyed dinner and how good everything tasted.
The staff was incredible and very helpful throughout the evening. They even kept the drink dispensers we brought with us filled without us having to ask. I had worked with two of the staff members at previous weddings and it meant so much to me that they personally requested to work my kids’ wedding. Seeing them there made the day even more special.
Our menu included brisket, pulled chicken, pulled pork, cheesy potatoes, mac and cheese, green beans, cornbread, and rolls. We had plenty of leftovers that we were able to take home and freeze and everything reheated perfectly.
I would recommend Mission BBQ to anyone considering barbecue for their wedding. The food was amazing and the service was excellent from start to finish. 😋 🍽️

They helped us create a menu that perfectly fit our tastes and theme, and they executed everything flawlessly on the big day. The service was seamless and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone was well taken care of.

I had an incredible experience at Mission BBQ, thank you Jody! He went above and beyond to accommodate my gluten-free allergy, I felt comfortable and safe while dining. His kindness made a huge difference, and I truly appreciate how he treated me like a normal person rather than just a customer with an allergy.
The cashier was also friendly and welcoming, adding to the great atmosphere. The food was amazing, as always—delicious and hit the craving ! I can't recommend this place enough. 10/10 service!
