Moe’s catered an outdoor wedding ceremony for my children. From my first call requesting catering, I felt confident that Therese and her team would do everything possible to get us the best possible meal. She was cheerful, patient, flexible, on time, and prepared. The food was tasty, warm and plentiful. For the budget we were working with, there could not have been a better outcome. The guests and I were delighted!

I received the worst quality and service I’ve ever encountered eating at Moe’s. My bowl was sloppy, skimp on the ingredients like the costs of them were coming directly from the worker’s paycheck…!?? Submitted complaint as well, hoping to hear back for missing ingredients that were upcharges. What a waste of money and the food tasted horrible I couldn’t even finish
Edit: Did hear back from the GM that offered a loyalty reward… she did emphasize on their portion standards which still did not apply to my order. I mean it was worse than Chipotle’s portion control and we all know how they do. Nevertheless I appreciated the prompt response and gesture based on my concerns.

I went into this Moe's Southwest Grill. I ask them for some water from 2.5 walking from Se Roanoke to were the fresh market is. my mouth very hard not had nothing to drink at all. I ask one your lady for water she gave me a small cup for it on both days. Mon and Tues,on 1/27 and the 28th. I did not have any problems. Much nicer than Starbucks. Thanks so much for the Hospitality.
They people working there have always been so helpful and very helpful and professional every time my wife and I have been there.

Only one nice employee working and the chips were stale but the main thing was how messy everything was. Tables were dirty with food on them and when you look back at the area when their fixing your food it’s pretty dirty and nasty. Hopefully the owner will fix this issue but the employee was very nice and handling the restaurant.

We came about 20 minutes after opening but their doors will still locked. There was an employee who came to open the door & she was sweet. I would NEVER… ever ever recommend someone to get a burrito from here. they could’ve literally just put my meal in a bowl after seeing how loose it was. The food was good and the staff was nice but i needed a bib to eat my food. wish i would’ve read the reviews before coming.

Too pricy for type of food. Slow unorganized service. Been there 3 times. Order has never been correct. Kids too busy talking. Don't listen or hear customers.
Update 9/6/24. Tried Moe's again.Ordered online. Food order incomplete. Had to ask several times for drinks that were ordered with meals. Finally told that they are out of bottled coke. Had to ask if I could get fountain drink instead. Was told no then, another employee handed me a cup. Lots of substitutions in order. No guacamole, no pieco. Rice and beans were not cooked. Still hard and crunchy. Maybe a tablespoon of meat in bowl.Poor quality food. Mediocre staff.Very bad experience.
Sad, have eaten at other Moe's stores. Great food, great quality, great staff at other locations. I love Moe's. Not going back to this particular store though.
Parking: As long as there is not an event at Dr. Pepper Park or Star Hill Brewery parking is great. If there are events sreer clear of the area
