I was around 5 years old when first remembered the New Yorker Deli. 44 years later and I am now introducing a new generation to the best sandwich shop around. Great food and great memories!
The Submarine is by far the absolute best deli sub in town! Google really needs to allow more stars for certain outstanding establishments!

I had the pastrami & corned beef, sandwich w/Rye bread. Absolutely delicious one of the best New York delis I have been to, great staff.

NYD is take out only. Used to be a great dine in place. A great sub and a cold beer or wine was worth the 60 mile drive from Martinsville. Take out dampens the experience but the subs are still very good.
