Our server really was attentive to our needs & wants. We were out as a family gathering for Xmas. Great time together ❤️

The food was good, Olive Garden food is always pretty good. The problem was the service. Our first server, who we think just outright didn’t want to serve us, was a tad rude. We made the mistake of ordering the wrong thing on the tablet, which we would’ve totally been fine paying for if it was a massive deal—didn’t ask to have it removed or anything. Just wanted the appetizer I’d meant to order. She immediately gave us a look and walked away. It took twelve minutes to finally get waters, when our new server, Anderson, walked over. He was not by any means necessarily bad. Refills took a while, but once he was at the table—generally he took care of us. We just didn’t appreciate approaching him with friendliness, and then him walking away as one of us was talking. We felt extremely unwelcome after an incredibly long day of working. The best part of the experience was the host staff. Incredibly sweet. I asked for a booth, and though it took a moment extra to seat us, she apologized and got us sat as quickly as possible. Very friendly and approachable. Our server did not give us a bag for our boxes, hardly a goodbye as he ran quickly in the other direction. But the hostess gave us a bag on our way out. We still tipped, still paid, but just won’t be back any time soon.

Ordered OG TO GO…. Service was excellent. However, my meal wasn’t pleasant. I ordered Alfredo noodles with broccoli. I notice on the way home the broccoli smell was loud. When I got home to eat I saw my broccoli was no good. Please don’t serve and sell broccoli that is bad it made my entire meal undesirable to eat. I will say my son’s meals of chicken Alfredo was excellent.

I got the chicken parmesan with spaghetti. The chicken parmesan was the worst I've ever ate in my life. It was reheated hard chicken with very little cheese on it.

This is indeed a staple of food service and food in the Valleyview mall area. They truly set the bar for what a restaurant should be.

A new server was assigned to our table. A very nice college student who did ok. The food was excellent and atmosphere was peaceful.
